Novadown, New Zealand’s leading manufacturer of European inspired duvets and pillows, was founded in the 1980’s in Auckland, New Zealand. Great pet products

I have bought several of your pet beds (and aromatherapy pet blankets) and covers for my dog. I love that they are easily machine washed and practical. I use them either as an extra layer on his beds or as a doggy duvet on cold winter nights. They are fabulous for both purposes. Always had great service from your company. Thanks.

I love my present novadown bamboo…

I love my present novadown bamboo pillow but it is fairly old now and wanted to replace. But Novadown were all out of stock so instead took a chance on the alpaca pillow. Am quite liking it but really liked the soft material of the Novadown bamboo one. I can slightly hear the creaking of the new stuff under my ears. I am guessing that maybe the new bamboo ones may have the same covering material that the alpaca one has. But I do like its firmness.

Wasn't a great customer experience…

Wasn't a great customer experience after a lot of emails & reminding I had ordered the summer/winter duvet and asking about it I received 4 months after ordering it. And last week requested a refund for the topper which was paid for in January 2018. I was the one always asking for the update. Not sure if I would recommend. Very poor customer experience. Should really look at how customers are handled in this situation. On the other hand the duvet was a great purchase for the product.
