The way nova credit is helping students to get a credit card by creating clear awareness. I like the way it helped us out of all issues. I would like to be part of all the other programs which may come from Nova credit.

Its easy to get a credit card. Just a call to Amex after submitting application, within 15 minutes the card is approved and in 2 days i received the card. Happy with its hassle free usage.

Smooth and painless, I received an Amex CC after 15 minutes with an extra call to Amex.
The Irony is I am a Canadian who has paid taxes and utilities on a home in the US for over 12 years and there was no US credit history on me. Even a major bank where I have had an account to manage this for all those years wasn’t able to help me get a card.

The Canadian Credit rating companies are often owned by American firms and I am shocked those organization cannot or will not transfer info between the 2 counties.

Had some technical hiccups while importing my credit score from Korea. Customer Service is on the slow side. However, once the report is successfully imported/generated it can be useful.

It was a easy and quick experience using Nova Credit to get my American Express credit card approved based on my credit history in Brazil. I didn't believe I was going to get such a good credit card. I hope they can help more immigrants build their credit in US based on their native country history.

A great business idea

The process in getting your Nova Credit score and applying for a US credit card was really straight forward and easy to follow. It's a really great idea and acknowledges responsible credit users who have been living overseas. What's stopping me from giving 5 stars is that I wish it was more widely recognized, at the moment it's a very useful tool for building American credit but it would be even better if you could use it instead of an American credit score.

I got my US amex card using the Nova credit history program as reference to transfer my Mexican Amex one. I just move abroad for due to my job and using the program of nova credit I start the global transfer application and after 1 week and share the nova credit history and a billing with my new address at the US my application was accepted . For the future may be good to have information or mails regards what's the next , for example how to start to build the credit history , some recommendation of the next steps , recommendation about to go for the SSN or drive license, after that, apply with the same move credit program for a car loan , that kind of next steps will be great .

I got my American Express credit card after moving to US, using my Indian Credit history through Nova Credit, while other companies were denying to give a card without SSN and no credit history in US. Application process is so simple and smooth.

Really frustrated. Did not work at all. You try to register at novacredit, it asks you basic questions about if you have a SSN / are you in US? But never asks about your other credit history in your country. Instead it gives you a list of credit cards associated with Nova (American Express) you might qualify for.

It sends you to their webpage, and at NO POINT...did they ever ask me about my background credit history from Canada, even though I clicked "Foreign Credit History" earlier
It says "Thank you for the submission, well let you know if you've been approved"

So it's no wonder I got declined. Really absurd system.

Didn't do anything for me. Have perfect credit back in UK. Tried to sign up through them with Amex: declined. Didn't ask for any of my UK details. It probably works for some people, but was a waste of time for me.

Nova Credit helped me get my AMEX card here in the US after moving from Australia. The process was seamless, I highly recommend it!

Using Nova Credit allowed me to access an American Express credit card quicker than I otherwise would have been able to. The online process was easy and it only takes a couple of minutes. The one thing people should be wary of is: the verification of address step that American Express now requires. My application was held up for over 2 months, while I waited to get phone bills, utility bills, etc that had my US address on it. They wouldn’t accept something like a sublease agreement. This step is out of Nova Credit’s control, but something people should be aware of when they are moving!

Didn’t work for me. I moved to US with a job offer and good income and couldn’t get any credit card that is offered even when the advertisement states that they help immigrants coming to US with lack of credit. Useless if you are coming from Mexico. Had credit in MX for over 20 years and couldn’t get any from Nova. Disappointed.

It works when things are simple and straight forward. Their Linking and Matching of records to the UK beureos are are not great, I out exceptional rating in UK but Novacredit did not find my record after living in UK for over 15 years !. It did work for my wife who lived in the country for 6 years

Excellent and easy to use service. I got approved for an amex card in under an hour from when I first clicked on the Nova Credit website. I would highly recommend Nova Credit to anyone from any of the countries currently supported by this company!

The process was simple and it worked exactly how it said it will work.

Your credit card services are beneficial. The procedures to use the card like billing and paying are simple and easy to use.
