Highly recommend David Wallace at Not Just Travel. David arranged a large family holiday for 13 of us, flying from 3 different UK airports to arrive the same day to get as much time together as possible. He sourced a hotel and location to suit all age ranges in our party from 12 to 74! We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend using David’s expertise when booking a stress free holiday!

Thank you so much to Donna Rhydderch - we had the most fantastic family holiday in The Algarve. We had been struggling to get a family holiday booked and within a day of being in contact with Donna, we were all sorted! Donna made the whole process incredibly easy; from sending us possible hotel destinations to choose from, to getting us booked, to checking us in online before we went and answering any questions that we had along the way - she was absolutely brilliant and we can’t recommend her highly enough.

We stayed at 3HB Clube Humbria in Olhos d’Água and would absolutely recommend it; lovely clean accommodation, fabulous food at every meal, with so much choice; wonderful swimming pool and facilities; walking distance to a couple of beautiful sandy beaches.

I won’t book a holiday again without speaking to Donna first! She is amazing, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much, Donna.

Adrian Doyle - Not Just Travel made our recent family holiday so easy. He organised 21 of us on our Menorca trip. We had plane seats together both ways, private coach transfers and everything ran seamlessly. This was my first time using Worldwide Travelz and both my family and I were looked after by Asma. I genuinely can’t recommend her enough – 10/10 service from start to finish!

She took the time to find the perfect holiday package that suited everyone in our group. It was budget-friendly, had plenty of entertainment for both the kids and adults, and included everything we were looking for.

Asma sorted everything for us, including our flights, transfers and luggage. She also had staff in Turkey arrange and book our Land of Legends excursion, including return minibus transfers, which made the whole experience completely seamless. Having everything organised meant we didn’t have to worry about hidden online costs or unexpected extras.

This was our first big family holiday where we didn’t have to stress or overspend, and that was all thanks to Asma. I’m already using her again to help plan a girls’ trip, and I’ve recommended her to all my family and friends.

This wasn't a "normal" holiday and Helen Round did a brilliant job. I was racing at the European duathlon championships in Spain and we were wanting a second week after the race somewhere else so from the get go it was a logistical nightmare. 2 people, their luggage, a bike and the need for a car to get around. Helen dealt with it brilliantly sorting our accommodation out in two locations, all the Iogistics related to a bike, its storage and the car as well. Her service was brilliant, we were checked in on the flights so all we had to do was drop our luggage. The car on arrival was big enough to get all our kit in. The hotels were brilliant, we should have gone self catering for the first week but that was our mistake (learning point), and just what we needed. The quality and cleanliness of them was first rate.
She handled all the bookings, flights and car hire seamlessly. Her communication was excellent through the whole process and she fully understood our requirements. It took all the stress out of the travelling and left us free to concentrate on the race and enjoying the break afterwards. She also sorted out an additional night in Barcelona at the request of my partner. 
We'd been quoted the same price for a week in Girona by British Triathlons' travel partner as we had by Helen for the two weeks. 
We would have no hesitation in using her services again either for a "normal" holiday or for a racing trip next time I qualify.

Anna was absolutely amazing throughout our entire trip. From the very start, she took the time to really get to know us — what we enjoyed, what we wanted to avoid, and what mattered most to us — rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all itinerary.

Whenever there was a decision to make, she laid out the options clearly and gave us an honest breakdown of which offered the best value for money. She was never pushy; she simply made sure we had everything we needed to choose well. That kind of guidance took all the stress out of planning and let us just enjoy ourselves.

The result was a trip that felt genuinely tailored to us, with a few unexpected highlights we'd never have found on our own. I cannot recommend Anna highly enough — if you want someone who will listen properly and then deliver exactly what you're after, she's the one to go to.

Linda Robertson recently helped me and a few friends book a once-in-a-lifetime trip to watch Scotland play in the World Cup in the USA.

We knew that we needed a bit of help organising such a trip, as we didn't have the time or the inclination to organise something like this and needed a bit of expert guidance on flights, hotels, transfers, match tickets, all that sort of stuff.

When getting an invite to an abroad wedding I was a bit worried about being able to navigate , flights , ferries and hotels. Tracey Carter was able to accommodate our needs and budget. The Hotel was in a prime location , transfers ready upon each link of travel and communication throughout the booking process was faultless. We have just returned from a family holiday in Side Antalya. A HUGE thank you to David Lewis who has finally broken our persistent bad luck, with package holidays! David was so understanding and accommodating with trying to meet our (very particular!) holiday requirements. The service he provided has been outstanding, from the start at booking, to our return home yesterday. We stayed at the 5 star Miramare Beach Hotel in Side Antalya and found everything fantastic throughout our whole stay and will be writing an additional review on this. I would not hesitate in recommending him for his professional but kind and friendly approach in booking your holiday. We look forward to speaking to you again soon, for our next adventure! 😬

Having booked a holiday to Lanzarote & been on a fitness retreat to Portugal through Esther she, & Not Just Travel, were the obvious choice to book our trip to Canada.
As we we wanted to visit multiple locations & had certain sights we wanted to see we wanted the reassurance of someone to contact if we had any issues whilst in Canada.
Esther was fabulous at listening to all the tweaks & comments we had on the itinerary she planned (she was also quick to come back to our queries) & her quote was competitively priced against other companies.
We had a fabulous time & knowing that Esther was just a message away should we have had any issues, meant we could relax & enjoy our trip.
We will definitely be using Esther & Not Just Travel again & would recommend her to anyone who is thinking of booking a holiday.

What a wonderful holiday. Grand Hotel Victoria was amazing. Every member of staff we came across were helpful friendly and polite.
We had the amazing Catherine Peat who booked and managed our holiday arrangements. Catherine covered every detail of our holiday with precision, giving us a spectacular holiday and stay at the Grand Hotel Victoria. Her planning and organisation was flawless.

Donna Rhydderch was so helpful from start to finish. Even dropped a message whilst we there to check all good. Was really knowledgable about hotel and destination. A great holiday was had by all and was cheaper than anywhere else.

Norma Englund was very helpful and patient while organising a cruise with 2 night hotel stays and transfers on either side for our family. She was patient with the changes we requested and it all went well.

I booked a short break to Italy with Simon from Not Just Travel as a surprise for my wife’s 30th birthday, and the whole experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish.

Simon did a fantastic job putting everything together. We started in Milan at a beautiful, stylish hotel which was perfect for enjoying the city, before heading to Lake Como where the hotel and location were incredible. Being right on the lakefront with those amazing views made it feel really special and was exactly what I’d hoped for when planning a birthday surprise.

What impressed us most was how effortless the whole trip felt. Flights, transfers and travel between Milan and Lake Como were all organised perfectly, so we genuinely didn’t have to think about anything. We could just turn up, relax and enjoy ourselves, which is exactly what you want from a short break.

My wife absolutely loved the fun and atmosphere of Milan, followed by the beautiful scenery and lakefront views in Como. It was the perfect combination and made her 30th birthday incredibly memorable.

We were so impressed with Simon and how well everything was organised that we’ve trusted him to arrange our big honeymoon this September as well, which probably says more than anything else!
