As authorized nVidia reseller for the founders edition 3000 series, they are the only seller for Germany & Netherlands. If you manage to get a card in your cart, you fail in the checkout process, because the whole site is just awful. You cant choose an adress, your payment wont get accepted. Even if you are succesful, in the last step your carts get cleared and you have nothing.
Imagine its 2022, we fly to the Mars and achieved so much. But NBB cant keep their servers running. Dont buy in this shop, they dont even deserve 1 cent from you!

I try buy an Nvidia FE VGA almost a year....but the NBB is a piece of "somihing brown" and they dosn't try protect the real human buyers from scalpers and bots.
And NBB and Nvide use GEOBLOCKING what is not legal insite of EU.....

On multiple occasions, I have added a specific GPU from the shop to my cart. Reached checkout, entered all details, selected shipping method, entered my CC details, then their website crashes. After a refresh, item from MY CART disappears and is already sold out.

Acting as a Nvidia Founders Card reseller NBB didn't manage after 1 year to deploy a decent randomized queue for customers to buy a Founders Edition GPU- Instead they still just let customers fails against faster bots on their website, but don't care about it as long as it generates clicks on their website.

Trying to buy a RTX 3070 or a 3070ti,

Adding to the cart, no problems,

Super anti-bot system -> REJECTED, impossible to order,

Refreshing page, system decides to work, and cart empty...

Frustration x1000...

Checking on ebay 10 min laters, all scalpers already put on sales for 1400€

I was buying an used EIZO monitor from this retailer. Since me and my wife were not satisfied with the screen resolution, we used our 2 wks cancellation rights to return this monitor to the retailer
When the retailer received the returned monitor, he responded that this monitor is not from him / that I have done fraud of not having returned the correct item (because the serial number is not identical as mentioned in their database).
In addition, he states that the producer checked the serialnumber of this monitor mentioning that the serialnumber is unknown.
Since the retailer wrongly accuses me of fraud for a mistake which he made in his database, I informed the police and my lawyer as well the consumers right organization.
The retailer already decided without my consent to send back this monitor to me. As soon as I receive this monitor, I will check if this product is really fake (not from the producer EIZO). If yes, I go immediately back to the police.

Very helpful while choosing the product, and helping me to get the best deal.

I have bought a couple of times laptops and other tools from them...
But by my last order of a desktop PC with monitor...only the monitor came (even that one, later than expected).
Why did they processed the monitor order but not the PC, which was way more important and expensive?
After contacting their support,they couldn't change my sending to a ''same day delivery'' which is available for the PC, even if I was willing to pay for it.
The big problem is that my business depends on that and now I'm delayed for 1 week (and who knows how much longer)...Lesson learned...

Very poor customer service, and the online chat isn't at all helpful, especially Tim who's surname changes from chat to chat and is very rude and abrupt.
Asked him to escalate to his manager or provide a managers name, and he just cut the chat off twice when I asked.

I bought an Imac as a business and after one week they cancel my order. No email or any other comunications about the status of the order. I placed two orders before and everything goes fine

They sent a phone with defect for repair, made me wait for months, and then sent it back with no repair made and didn't tell me this over email or offer a refund because it couldn't be fixed.

le experience, scam and fake seller. i ordered gpu and it was not delivered, after many emails order cancelled and money still not refunded!!! keeping money since 22.10.2021. i may need to contact bank as last resource to put them on black list and return money to card/bank account. avoid to buy anything for any cost! it is just scam!
update: 20.11.2021 after a month these scammers still didnt return a money. AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!AVOID!!!
Update 23.11.2021: Not really surprising that after weeks of scamming, you want to move responsibility somewhere else. Point is very simple. You are offering what you are not able to deliver and keep money for more than month. I do not wish to anybody to have a need to communicate with this company. liars! go to mindfactory, caseking and other credible companies which are delivering as promised immediately after payments. these scammers are fake!!!! you will never get goods and money only if you are lucky.

This happened to my pack of fans, there is one broken inside. I brought it to NBB Stuttgart, the staffs said I do not need to re-order them. They will send me a new one later. Then today I received and email said that they will refund me the money because they do not have stock in time. But on the website, there are stocks BUT with higher price. I think it is UNFAIR and SCAM to customer.

They are the only official seller of Nvidia RTX Founders Edition cards in Germany, Austria and Netherlands. If you are lucky enough to order a card from them for MSRP and your payment goes through and you have the order confirmation, they cancel it in a few hours under some stupid excuses. You can ask 3 different support reps why it was cancelled and you will get 3 completely different stories. I had several successful orders for different GPUs, made on different days and all were cancelled. However German Ebay is somehow full of the cards on the same day after such drops, with the scalpers (same accounts after every drop) that have multiple cards of each model.
