1- The package has not arrived (updated to April 15)
2- I still have not received the tracking number
3- I have sent 2 reports through their site but no one responds
Too bad, I had purchased glasses from them before and had been fine, now I can't say it's the same

Scam, sunglasses never sent, customer service team ignore you
I ordered my sunglasses in November, they still haven't arrived after multiple complaints on all platforms. Total scam, avoid at all costs. They respond to public complaints and then never action a refund/resend.
My reference number is this: NWEU00048159, you know my address.

The frame and glasses doesn't look…
The frame and glasses doesn't look similar to the pictures at all. It looks like a 5€ one from shine to be honest. I was very excited when I ordered it and the moment I open the box, I was like what the fu*k is this thing. I'm not sure I'll be buying anything else anymore.
