We visited the showroom to shop for motorhome ramps and was warmly greeted by the salesman who showed us what ramps he had in stock, but also mentioned that he had various second hand ramps we could look at for suitability and if any were suitable, all he asked was that we put a donation in the charity box.
After looking at the variety of 2nd hand ramps, we selected a set which suited and in very good condition, so we put £20 in the charity box.

Gang of absolute crooks - deal with them at your peril. I’ve had a caravan with them since 2019, loved it, put my heart and soul into it. The without warning I turned up last season to find they’ve put a high ropes course like 6ft from my living room window, obliterating all privacy and completely land locking me, meaning the nearest I can get my car to unload is 5 caravans away. I have a baby and visit the caravan alone so would have to leave the baby alone and unattended in either the car or the caravan to unload. They promised me a plot move and strung me along for over a year saying that they would get it sorted. They finally offered one 2 spaces over and said that was all that was physically possible because of how landlocked it was (their doing!). This renders the caravan useless to me and so I’ve been forced to sell it back to them as because they’ve strung me along all year I had no time to organise a private sale. They said the most they could offer me was less than £3500 after disconnection costs. I’ve now seen them advertising my caravan for £25000 with a CHOICE of plots and parks it can be moved to even though just last week it was completely landlocked and couldn’t be moved. Funny that. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Typical noughties style hard sell team, only interested in you when they can eek as much money out of you as possible. Avoid at all costs. Trust me.

Avoid this company at ALL costs. I've had to sell our Static due to my partner becoming terminally ill, the money they offered me was insulting but I needed to to get rid so I could concentrate on my partner. They reassured me I receive my money within 2 weeks its now been 3 weeks They no longer take my calls and when they do fob me off that the director is aware, THATS WHERE IT ENDS I've still not received my money this company owe me its now just week away from Christmas they've all closed down now so it leaves no no alternative but to seek legal advice, I shall exposed this company to news papers and BBC rogue traders before some other poor family loose their money

-1 * If you think 4 bullies pushing a 73 yr old with prostate cancer out of their Head office on Golden gate while effing and jeffing is acceptable, we do not. I had just come out of hospital aged 71 last Saturday and they went mad because I asked for paperwork to give to our lawyer. They have 5 other sites you should avoid. We have lost £15k in 6 months.

Would never buy another caravan off these anymore as had nothing but problems as all they want is your money then fob you off after that.
Get assured that everything is good then find out they have gone and cut our £2,300 decking up into a little thing that you can hardly walk down as its that narrow without contacting us.
Numerous jobs needed doing to the caravan which we have had to deal with the site office to get sorted who have been great rather than NWC who took our money and all went on holiday spending there commission.
STAY WELL CLEAR , go to marine lake or lyons instead.

Great service, this is the third caravan we have bought and located with NWC. I think we have finally found the right park for us, Sirior Bach which is lovely site away from the hussle and bussle of the bigger family sites.

We purchased our first van from North Wales Caravans last month and the service we received from Seth was excellent. We spent the whole day looking at different vans and never once felt pressured or rushed. Loads of viewings and several coffee's later we decided on the one for us. Easy smooth transaction and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
