Gemma, the star.
Gemma was amazing. There was a safety recall on my vehicle, instead of the original timeframe of a weeks fix, Gemma had it turned around and back out of the garage within 48hrs.

Took my van in for a repair
Took my van in for a repair. Excellent service and felt well looked after. Warm and welcoming, knowledgeable staff. Kristen got me a much appreciated drink whilst I waited. Erika explained the fault found and how they would resolve it, Ellie explained when it could be done for and between the team they even managed to get me home as the van couldn't be repaired until the afternoon and I had other things to do later that morning. Overall great experience, well done Northgate Hull.

I brought the van in with the engine management light on and was seen by Chris at hull depot and was back on the road very fast after he done a oil change and took the van on a test drive to make sure everything was good to go. Very satisfied
