Umer was great
Umer was great, friendly and helpful. He managed to get me a van sorted within a couple of hours of notice. He resolved a stressful situation in a matter of hours when it had been on going for weeks at a different northgate branch.

Mo and Pete were really pleasant and professional
I recently had an issues with a van on hire from Huddersfield Northgate, I raised my concerns with Mo on the desk who understood them and replaced my van with a brand new one with no hassle whatsoever, Pete showed me round my new van, so I was really pleased with the service here.

I’ve mostly dealt with Mo Umer, who has been fantastic – always polite, professional, and ready to answer any questions we might have.
