Most useless leasing company

Most useless leasing company. We had a car delivered to my workplace on a trailer. When I picked it up this morning the front wheel was knocking so I had to drive 40 minutes to Northgate. They made me wait 2 hours until they finally gave me a new car. I drove back to work and our office told me they had a phone call to say Northgate made a mistake and I had to return the new car. So another 40 minutes driving. When I got there they made me wait another hour when they told us before that the 3rd car would be ready. In the end it was the same original car that had been repaired. I asked for a complaints form and they made me wait for that too. Then they wanted to fill in it themselves. I gave up and started driving home, half way home, the tyre pressure warning light came on, so I had to stop in a petrol station to fill up the tyre on the wheel they just repaired. Zero stars. USELESS! Update…..You can see by their standard reply that they do not take any complaints seriously. I have now been told to go back tomorrow to exchange the car yet again. Let’s see how long it takes this time!

This company is just a joke

This company is just a joke! They ask 1 year minimum as self employed to rent a car for 1 month 🤣

After having 1 lease van from Northgate…

After having 1 lease van from Northgate we decided to take a second, they offered us a van to tide us over while they arranged for a new van, the stand in van was a Fiat Fiorino, extremely small but it was our quiet time so we decided to make do, after 6 months we are still waiting and after numerous complaints and informing them that the stand in van is parked up as to small for our busy period we are still no further on, we have now decided to hand it to our lawyer as we are getting no response from Northgate. I say no response they have informed us that we can’t get out of the contract even though they haven’t for filled there contract, in short we now have a van that isn’t fit for purpose and now have to pay for a lawyer to resolve the situation. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

One of the worst customer services I…

One of the worst customer services I experienced as a potential new customer. plus they incur in european company discrimination which is against European Legislations.

Service totally Impeccable both in…

Service totally Impeccable both in Customer Service which is warm welcoming and always able to assist to workshop repairs which again are always carried out to a very high trustworthy standard . Emergency assistance also very swift

Brake service

I would just like to say , i had a very positive experience with the guys @ Northgate Luton .. The guys on the reception Minde & Zahoor were very friendly & helpful & I'd like to especially mention my technician George who went above & beyond the call of duty , to get my brakes done asap , well done guys , would rate you guys 100 %
