Website easy to navigate and shipping was fast ,after this it's up to your own country how quick it arrives, but I love the ring and pendant and it comes in a really cool box.

Great service
They have great service! After receiving an empty package, probably due theft during the transport, the support service was very helpful. While I received a new chain, they sorted out the problem with the shipping company. Also, their products are great!

Stone feel out after 2 weeks. Poor quality and value for money plus poor service and bad delivery.
Great concept and marketing however had 3 issues sadly;
1) After just 2 weeks of having the item the stone in my ring has fallen out despite me following the car guides contained within the product very carefully. Removing when sleeping, showering, washing hands etc. Stone has fallen out leaving ring looking boring. Really a waste of money!
2) The first delivery contained an empty box. The box was nice but I paid for a ring. Northern legacy did replace the ring for free but made a lot of fuss about it and made me do a lot of the leg work
3) The customer service (at least whoever manages Denmark) is awful! Now delivery issues etc can happen but poor customer service is a choice. No email signature, not at all polite and really just gave me the impression they didnt want to be there.
Really wanted to like Northern Legacy as have followed for a long time but quality is poor and so is the service. Would love my money back to be honest with you!
