We travelled all the way from Leicester to Barton-Upon-Humber to have a look at some binoculars for myself. Nigel was very knowledgeable and he was quite happy to show me other binoculars and asked me if I wanted to try them, even telling me that I could go outside to look through them (I didn't because it was lashing it down with 40mph winds!) We were very happy with the service that he provided and the patience with the questions that we had.
