I wasn't sure at first because the price was so good compared to other bike shops. But the service was great: Delivery was quick, the date was checked with me, and they sent detailed emails with assembly instructions, riding tips etc. And the bike is fantastic!

Cannot thank and recommend North Bikes enough. After being let down by another supplier of FROG bikes, I called North bikes to check their stock and delivery time. They couldn’t have been more helpful and said they would push our build of bike up the list and have it delivered within the week. I phoned North bikes for information about what bikes I could have stablisers on for my twin 6 Yr old grand children they were very busy and was told he would call me the next day with the information. I received a call first thing in the morning the young gentleman was very helpful and answered all my questions. I placed an order on line and within 1 hr received a text and email saying items had been dispatched and would be delivered next day thats what I call 1st class service I would highly recommend north bikes
