Less than 12months ago we purchased all new flooring for the whole house from Northants Flooring and everywhere looked great until we had a leaking pipe ! Once it had been repaired Paul took over! A very big thank you to him and Leigh, now you wouldn’t know we had had a leak under the LVT ! Thank you both again !

Went into the store, Paul was able to show me samples and I booked a free home visit to measure up.

Got the quote back by the end of the working day and proceeded with the booking.

It took around 10 days to get the carpet ordered into stock.

The guys turned up on the day of the install. They were fast and professional - would recommend to anyone looking for a good service at a fair price.

The high street companies do charge more so best to shop around!

My only complaint is that the new carpet that was installed did have a sweaty feet smell, had to empty a can of air freshener on it lol - not the fault of the fitter or the company directly, but the supplier

Unprofessional, rude, and completely unreliable — avoid at all costs.

We chose Northants Flooring to refit our entire downstairs after a flood — paid in full, booked well in advance. Then, just one week before installation, they casually told us we’d been double-booked and they could no longer do the job. No apology, no accountability, just shrugged it off like it was our problem.

Even worse? They refused to refund us, saying it would now be at least 3 more months before they could do the job. We were left high and dry with a heavily pregnant wife about to give birth, and no flooring.

Their attitude was honestly disgusting — rude, dismissive, and totally uninterested in fixing the mess they'd caused. We had to pay again for a proper professional to come in and get it done, just so our home was livable.

This company caused us massive stress and financial loss at one of the most important times in our lives. Absolutely shameful service.

Do not trust Northants Flooring with your home or your money. You’ll regret it.

We got messed around with this company spent all our time chasing them for various bits and in the end just gave up and went with another company. They continued to promise to get back in touch and didn't and turned up at the wrong time for our original quote meaning we missed them. We let this go things happen but when it continued to happen we realised we were wasting our time. Our quote seemed a little overpriced compared to others we got aswell. Overall we wouldn't use this company again

We have recently had our lounge and dinning laid with LVT by Northants Flooring and we are over the moon with the flooring.

The whole process from getting a quotation to the completion of the flooring has been a pleasure. What I like most is the way people call you back and are keen to address any issues you have to help you understand the way the flooring has to be laid.

I haven’t bought yet but I have been in contact with your company and they’ve been very helpful! Very friendly service and the prices seem rather competitive. I hope to make my final choice of flooring style soon (when my husband decides the existing kitchen floor has finally “given up the ghost”).

Pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable staff in the showroom but no pressured sales pitches. Lots of choice and competitive prices. Polite, friendly and careful fitters who did a good job quickly and effectively.

We have had Moduleo fitted in the kitchen, will use again when we need our carpets doing.

Oct 2016, we had Moduleo fitted, by Northants Flooring, (Weston Favell) Branch, throughout the whole house apart from 3 rooms. Since Oct 2016, we have had to request Northants Flooring to return 8 times to rectify problems, the Moduleo started lifting in many places, initially mainly at the edges of rooms, told by Northants Flooring, this was due to not enough adhesive being used at the edge of the floors. Further repair visits were required due to Moduleo lifting in other areas, dining area, kitchen, Utility Room. joints splitting, panels had to be replaced. After the 6th repair visit I requested Moduleo themselves to inspect the floor as I had lost faith in the product. Ross Holt came to inspect the floor problems with the Moduleo Rep who said the product itself was ok but felt that not enough adhesive was used. Ross Holt gave me some free bottles of floor cleaner. July 2017 kitchen area lifting, fitter came out again to repair and had to replace the panel. I asked for Ross Holt to visit me/or phone to discuss these further problems, I am still awaiting for phone call since 29.7.17. September 2017, floor is lifting again in another area, fitter coming out again this week to rectify. On a positive, the carpets they fitted look good.
