Inefficient customer service and mishandled return
I bought a Mac Nanamica for a little over 700 euros from Norse Store. I returned it two days after receiving it, so I should theoretically have been refunded 100%. However, my package remained at a pickup point that they never collected it from. I contacted customer service, which took nearly two weeks to respond, telling me that they couldn’t find any return in their system. I replied, and by the time they got back to me, the package had been sent back to France.
