We found our car on auto trader website from this garage. From our first enquiry to us buying the car, couldn’t have been any easier. Always helping, friendly and answering any questions promptly. The car on inspection was as exactly as advertised. Test drive was offered. While purchasing and taxing the car even our spaniel was allowed inside the office and water offered to him.

Fantastic Family Business
Norman Motors were very accommodating of my situation, and went above and beyond to check the car was in good condition before allowing me to leave with it. Most car retailers would have took my money and sent me on my way, but this family business really wanted to make sure that it passed all inspections first and foremost. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the detailed pictures in the advert to the handover and aftercare, every step has been effortless and enjoyable. I have been buying cars for more years than I would like to admit, but I really have to say that Norman Motors are the best. They are the most professional and honest team you need when choosing and purchasing a vehicle. I live quite far from them but at no point did I feel uneasy and that was down to the brilliant team working there. There was no hard sell, they just listened to what you wanted with patience and answered every question or worry you had leaving you in full confidence that you was getting the best service and the best deal. I've had my Vauxhall Corsa sitting…
I've had my Vauxhall Corsa sitting around for 3/4 years and hasn't left the driveway and completely stopped working. I got recommended to go to norman motors by a few different garages. I went there and they were incredibly friendly and extremely professional. They listened to what was wrong with my car and said that they'll be more than happy to take on the challenge of getting a low mileage Corsa back up and running. It finally got there last week and replaced everything that needed to be replaced by previous mess ups from other mechanics and got it back up and running with a service and MOT. The price was incredible. I'll definitely be back again to get my other cars serviced and MOTd.
Thank you Mikhail for looking after it and giving the satisfaction of my car being in safe hands.

I bought my retirement car from Norman Motors
I bought my retirement car from Norman Motors knowing they were a well established and reputable used car dealer. Indeed the buying experience and service from the sales team was excellent as was the arrangements to trade in my old car, for which I got a fair price. Norman Motors has been around for a long time and its reputation goes before it. So I was disappointed to open the bonnet after picking it up to find the engine bay grubby and the sections under both A pillars filled with leaves and twigs and other vegetation. They say a 204 point inspection is carried out. I assume that includes the need to lift the bonnet at some point suggesting whoever did so was not interested in ensuring that the car passes to a customer in the best condition it reasonably could be. Some may think I'm a moaning picky so and so. But I have bought many used cars from multiple dealers over 40 years and never seen that. Its a reputational matter which I hope is taken in the positive spirit intended. And yes, if I am handing over a large sum of money for a car from a dealer with a cracking reputation I expect loose bits of forest to be removed.
