I visited their workshop to look at samples of worktops. I placed my order and left them a template, the worktop was ready for collection in 2 days.
Very pleased with the worktop and service. I would recommend.

This is the second time we have used Norfolk Granite Works and really pleased with the worktops and installation both times. A great family business and excellent all round service.

So disappointing that they never stood by their promise to return to complete the forgotten corner of worktop. Time and time again Jo promised that Gareth would pop in to do it and last time I spoke to her on 22/3/24 she said he was working very nearby the following fortnight and would definitely do it then.
No visit, no communication and no replies to emails or calls.

We wanted to replace our kitchen worktops with a quartz one and did plenty of shopping around to find the best provider. Eventually we chose Norfolk Granite for their professionalism, quality of products and price; they scored 100% on all three. The whole experience took less than two weeks from initial contact to completion. Some reviewers have complained about the poor communication, although communication wasn’t brilliant, it’s definitely worth persevering as the finished product is amazing. We would award 10 🌟 of possible.

Very, very disappointed. Placed an order for a quartz bathroom vanity top on 22 February and were told it would “be about a week”. Three weeks later we phoned to ask on progress and were told they would get straight back to us. Not a word. Tried again 2 weeks later - same thing. Another week went by but this time we got a call back. Apparently they couldn’t get the one we ordered (so obviously no attempt to place the order during the past 6 weeks, or have the courtesy to tell us the position!). Chose another one and were told it would take a couple of days to arrive. Another 4 weeks go by without so much as a word. We eventually went back to retrieve our template. I would have liked to be able to report on their workmanship, but we have no idea what it is like! Utterly appalling lack of communication.

Pathetic performance. Total lack of communication. Emails, phone calls website messages all went unanswered. Could not even get the measuring up appointment right, when finally got a response. No quote forthcoming, after a week. Was even asked what worktop do you want? Never mind this had been decided on the measuring visit. Told the woman dealing with all this quoting, Jo, that her performance was abject. No denial of this fact. Beggars belief if my experience is the norm how they get business!!!

We wanted to change all our kitchen and utility worktops with granite surfaces. We were recommended Norfolk Granite Works by one of the large kitchen retailers who only fitted complete kitchens. We drove to Norfolk Granite Works to speak with them. A visit for a quote was arranged and agreed upon. On the day of fitting the gentlemen arrived and were extremely efficient at removing the old worktops. I had new sink units and cooking hob to be inserted. The work was carried out to a very high standard, and I was very pleased with the final finish. We had granite worksurfaces and upstands installed all round the kitchen and utility room.
I can highly recommend using Norfolk Granite Works. It pays to go straight to the people who import the granite and not use a third party. Very good value and very high standard of installation.
