This company is to be avoided! And deserves a no star rating. The two lamps I purchased shine different intensities of light and are of very poor quality. The contact phone number is a fake number and no-one responded to my email inquiry. Totally non-transparent process for returning items. The company should be held accountable some how, but hard to imagine how.

The company send me 3 wrong lamps. They don't want to take them back unless I pay for sending them back (30-40 Euros per item)plus paying a 25 percent extra fee.

Do not buy anything from this company. They should have a legal case against them, I just don’t know how.

I rarely complain, but people need to be informed. Their return policy states that the customer has to pay postage, but what they don’t tell you is that it is to their warehouse in china and it costs at least 30-40€ per item.

I bought 2 simple wall lights. Firstly they took a very long time to arrive (over a month) and no one responded to my emails from their customer service where I was trying to find out what happened.

Then the product was a completely different colour from what is was on the website. Rather than dusty pink it was a bright bubble-gum pink. One had the normal European cables and one had different coloured cables. The fixtures were cheap and didn’t fit properly, so you can’t mount it flat on the wall and it wobbles around. You could see blobs of the glue from the rushed and cheap production process. I complained and after 3 emails they have just stopped responding, offering no solution other than I can buy the same product again for a reduced price or return them (at the expense of the postage and a warehouse fee!!!).

Cheap, unsustainable, misleading, unhelpful…

These are cheap Chinese products. I received a destroyed lamp. I called to the number in the Website and it does not exist. I just read that the return of the products has to be paid by the customer. I wrote to the customer service email infoATnordicdecorDE and I received an AI elaborated response in less than a minute offering to keep the damaged product (for which I paid EUR 127.95 and it cannot be used nor repaired) and received a 10% reimbursement. Or to pay myself for a second shipment (costs around EUR 40). So in any case I loose money.

Also the description was “Pastellfarbene Deckenlampe aus Holz (wood) für Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer”. There is nothing of wood in the product and it is not pastel. Anyways, I would have been satisfied enough if it works and it is not damaged.

Do not buy there. This is such a scam. It's the cheapest crap from China and so far from the pictures. If you want to return the goods, it's even more expensive than buying them.

I was sent something I didn‘t buy and then I was supposed to send it back and pay for that return, get no money back but was promised a small discount when I buy the right product. I don’t think so, WTF.
