We got a deal through, but it was very troublesome. In the meantime we were offered a rental car from Enterprise, which was handled horribly!

I'm currently, sadly, a customer of this company. Problem is that they are luring you in with a very nice interest rate in a combination of great salespeople leading your attention away from their, simply through the roof, fees. In my case, I was adding a few funds on a car purchase. I had already paid 60% and only needed the extra 40%. What I never really understood until I received the papers a few weeks after the purchase, was that the fee to establish this lone was no less than 32.20%.
To put this in numbers, had I lent 100.000 I would have paid 32.200 in a fee to become their customer.
Anyway. My clear recommendation is to stay as far away as you can from this company. Myself, of course, I am in the process of terminating this agreement even if that alone has a fee of nothing shy of 1500,- DKK

once you have the car it is a nice service. But they could improve the process to choose a car as the price structure is not really transparent

Almost all good
All went fine in terms of ordering the car and support in regards to that from Nordania. Nice people.
However the joint effort with the car company in regards to the car handout / delivery was poor (SMC biler Gladshaxe). A bit more proactivity and follow up would be good. Maybe it was because it was holiday season. (August 1st)
The monthly billing to the company for approval of gasoline and other cost is very complicated. User cannot regocnize the actual receipts. Needs to much attention to figure out.
