I had difficulty getting my cancellation request resolved

I had difficulty getting my cancellation request resolved. According to Liberty Mutual’s written response, an address change was processed on September 30, 2026, resulting in an additional $133.82 premium. That was also the effective date of my policy cancellation. I did not request this change and have asked for an explanation of the charge and the period it covers. I am submitting these concerns to the California Department of Insurance. The disputed charge remains unresolved.
