At first, everything seemed perfect. Melissa from Norada Real Estate was responsive, friendly, and answered all my questions with ease. She painted a picture of success—promises of smooth transactions, hassle-free leasing, and a profitable investment. But little did I know, this was just the calm before the storm.

Once they hooked us in, it all went horribly wrong. They introduced us to a property manager who, as it turns out, was in bed with the same crooks who sold us an overpriced property. They made bold promises about the property being leased in no time, regardless of the market—exactly what Melissa told me too. I was prepared for a little delay, maybe a month or two, but five months later, the property remained vacant and no one seemed to care.

To make matters even worse, the property wasn’t even fully ready when we bought it! It was under unfinished remodeling, and when I asked about the appliances, I was told they’d be installed once the remodeling was complete. Guess what? The appliances never came, and now, it seems I’ll have to pour more money into the property just to get it leased.

This entire ordeal has been an emotional and financial nightmare. Every day I spend chasing solutions, I feel the weight of the lies and incompetence weighing me down. I feel trapped in a deal that has cost me time, money, and energy—and I’m still no closer to seeing any return on my investment.

I can’t stress this enough—DO YOUR RESEARCH! Check the ratings and reviews on the BBB websites and make sure you’re dealing with professionals, not people who will take advantage of you.

I regret every moment I spent trusting these people. Save yourself the pain—avoid doing business with them at all costs!
