I ordered a travel bag from NOMATIC and before it shipped my wife passed away unexpectedly. I had to leave before it would have arrived and I wouldn’t be back for a month.

Cam went above and beyond to help me change the shipping address on my order to where I will be for the next month so it wouldn’t sit on my porch unattended and fall victim to the porch pirates!

Cam was very compassionate about my loss, it felt like I mattered, even if was just for the moment. I’m a customer for life!!

More companies need to be focused on their customers and not just reading from a script!!

Wanted to be sure items were registered for warranty and reached out to understand why some were not showing up on history. CS responded to my e-mail quickly and addressed my question and confirmed all items are under my account should I need to get warranty coverage. Look forward to getting more Nomatic gear soon!

Bought the toiletry bag 2.0 a week before Black Friday. As soon as my product arrived I received an email about the Black Friday special, and asked if there was any chance I can get the product price matched. In a very timely and seamless process, the partial refund was granted! Great product as it's the perfect size for my needs (small) and excellent customer service. Will be shopping with them again in the future

I ordered the Travel Backpack and the Tech Carry on luggage. Love the backpack. Lots of pockets to organize. The Tech carry on piece was too small in the clothing area for me. Return was simple and easy.

The Nomatic customer support is really world-class. I've had some issues with my bags which they've always gladly helped to fix. I would say it's the best laptop bag I've had by far and with their support, I would strongly recommend them to anyone asking.

Product is amazing it’s my 2 nd wallet with them. Holds all my cards and super slim. Customer service a great help when my product didn’t arrive. Answered my emails within an hour . Super happy with this company.

The Products are awesome customer service leaves a lot to be desired wanted to ship a backpack as a gift so asked for a gift receipt that was a no so then asked for it to be shipped with out any documentation of the price paid that was a no as well

Not very impressed with the service at all

I was suspicious of the price of some of the bags, however, my dad recently received one and I was blown away by the quality and capacity of it. Absolutely worth every penny, I can’t wait to see what they do next.

The Travel Pack was my trusty companion and truly made my life simpler. It has some issues and I am in the process of processing a warranty claim, however I understand that mistakes do happen -- it is how the provider deals with them. So far the communication is quick to the extent I could not imagine was possible. I can not recommend this brand enough and am really curious about the new brand for EU market!

Excellent customer service! The claim process was very simple. It was digital and easy to upload videos to showcase the damage and how fast they responded and honored the warranty. I absolutely love their products and will be purchasing more!

I bought my Nomatic Peter McKinnon camera travel bag in 2020and have been on so many adventures with it and absolutely love this bag. As I carry a lot of gear, the Velcro on one of my inserts came lose within a year of use and I just didn’t want to make a big deal about it and was more than likely going to buy a new one. I just decided to take a chance and contact customer service and wishing a few hrs , the representative Cam had put in an order for a replacement . Love the bag abs love the customer service.

I am a new customer and am I not only impressed with the product (great backpack), it with the customer service more importantly. I bought the pack 3 weeks ago and it went on sale today. I sent an email through the Nomatic customer service portal asking about honoring/matching the 5 hour sale price. I received a response and refund within 20 minutes. Absolutely the best response and service I have ever received from an contact email. Super service!

Placed an order for a Christmas not knowing what to expect with country-wide shipping problems. Recent reviews indicated there may be an issue with the order. However, I placed my order on Nov 2, I received an email on Nov 4 that the order had shipped, and on Nov 8 the order was delivered. Truly outstanding!

Before ordering I asked a question and received a response in less than 12 hours.
