Terrible customer service. Very slow to respond or no reply back. I ordered a Travel Pack that shows fulfilled with a UPS tracking number for over a week and when I check UPS still only shows the label created with no updates. Email customer service since you can not call anyone there and they take days to reach back to me only to tell me that they shipped it USPS. Log back on to my account to check the tracking number and still only shows the UPS tracking number with no updates. Terrible customer service. I was planning on buying a carry-on from them but will not be giving them any more of my business. Due to lack of customer service. I will send the extra money on a Tumi or Travel Pro.

I really didn’t expect this company to receive a 1 star review but here we are. I ordered the camera bag on Sept 10th after much thought and after following Peter McKinnon for years and growing to respect him and his recommendations, so I figured if he chose to work with this company it must be reputable and it must be a great backpack.
Well, it has now been almost a month going back and forth with Cam B. (Camera Bag?) from customer service and I have yet to receive a shipping notification for my bag. The email responses seem quite generic and have been basically the same every time, which makes me question if I’m even talking to a real person or it’s an automated response. I’ve also read lots of reviews having the same problem as me and have decided to request a refund. I truly hope the refund process is not as painstaking as it has been for others and that I get my money back.
I am so disappointed that I trusted this very popular influencer in my industry and that he tricked me into purchasing what is probably a very overpriced bag from a very sketchy company.

So soft, so comfy, and the fact that the mask tightens in _front_ of the mask instead of behind the ears is amazing. All other adjustable masks hurt my ears, this is the only one that doesn't because the tightener doesn't touch your ears/face. It's brilliant.

The backpacks are amazing. great quality and very well designed.

Nomadic’s customer service was good enough to earn me as their customer. i’ve been searching for a bit and hoping to find service that would match up with a products claimed excellence.

i’M a new customer. i ordered the Travel Pro Package with an additional item, 15L backpack.
a little research, company background and reviews… i was still on the fence. however, it was Cam B in Customer Service that replied to my inquiries professionally, promptly and with a personal tone. (sometimes, simply introducing oneself in a reply will be that personal touch)

i now await my order and remain hopeful for a product that stands up there with the service i’ve received.

Form and function is a big deal for me! And Nomatic did it with a great, clean, sleek presentation. Love every product I have from them in every way!

Super efficient, peerless products, kind and friendly. I love this company and the products they make. I emailed them with an issue and within an hour (and only 2 small emails on my part which took seconds), it was resolved and the repairs were on their way. Worth every penny to buy a NOMATIC bag!!

The quality and build of the camera bag I got is incredible! Not to mention the planning that went into this bag before production, because literally everything I need fits and has a safe place while traveling. This is by far the best camera bag I’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone who loves their camera and wants to keep it safe!

When I first purchased my McKinnon Camera Pack 35L I was excited to finally be able to fit all of my photography/videography gear into one bag. As a middle school teacher, I have spent quite a large amount of my savings diving into the photography world. Last weekend, my heart sank as I discovered my camera bag to be missing; only to find out that it had gotten drug underneath an ATV for over 1/4 a mile with all of my camera gear in it. (I was shooting astro and left my bag unattended on the ground during a night ride.) I was sick to my stomach going through all of my equipment to see if anything had happened. To my amazement, the ONLY damage was heavy cosmetic exterior issues with the bag. Nothing inside of the bag was damaged.

My wife made fun of me when I had originally purchased the camera bag "Who the hell would spend $400 on a backpack?!" However, I can now promise, that if I did not have that $400 backpack, I would be working extra hours in school to try and replace what was inside of it.

I purchased a few items from the latest “scratch and dent sale”. I can’t believe how awesome the condition was of the products were! The quality products and great customer service, will keep me as a customer from now and into the future.

A new puppy ate my messenger bag strap. Within minutes, I was sent the link for a replacement. I love Nomatic products and will def be buying more. Keep up the good work, Nomatic!

Very fast feedback from Customer Service on a pre-sale question. Absolutely nothing to complain there.

I missed applying a discount code during checkout and emailed to see if it could be applied after the fact. I assumed they wouldn’t, but within 30 minutes I received and email saying I’d been issued a refund! It was so easy, no hassle. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!

Their products are incredible (I use their everyday backpack everyday and their travel backpack everytime I travel overnight). Super high quality, designed thoughtfully and engineered for all types of everyday use. I recommend them to friends, co-workers and family cause I know the materials, craftsmanship, and quality are top-notch. I can't say enough positive things about NOMATIC product. Add to all of that their lifetime warranty and great customer service for what is one of the best long-term customer service experiences I've had! I purchased the Nomatic travel backpack bundle from best buy which included a packing cube and toiletry bag. I am planning multiple international trips in 2022 and have not upgraded my portable luggage in years.

I heard about this backpack from a cousin of mine who showed it to me. And he has traveled the world.

I have been researching backpack’s
a-lot these last few weeks. After I concluded my search I found that the Nomatic travel backpack was the best backpack on the market for multiple reasons. Some key features for me.
-Hidden pocket.
-Two water bottle holders.
-Multiple compartments to hold small items.
-The two waist straps each with a zippered pocket.

Customer service and social media team have been answering every one of my questions. Very nice company. Great products! And Great customer service!

I am a frequent customer of Nomatic, and my experience has been positive. Most recently, I ordered an item, but accidentally submitted an old address. I notified Nomatic, and my contact there was willing to change the address, but he was not able to do so before the shipment went out. Nomatic refunded my money. That's excellent customer service!

I love the nomatic wallet my friends and family think it’s pretty unique because of how minimalistic it looks and holds all my cards, gift cards,& cash very well.
This wallet is best used as a front pocket wallet.

As far as the wallet itself i don't know yet. But the customer service is fantastic. I ordered the blue and black but received the black and tan. With just one email they back with me and shipped out the wallet I ordered.

I have purchased, and used, several Nomatic products: wallet, notebook, 40L Travel Bag, garment bag, and messenger bag. I've purchased the 40L Travel Bag for 3 of my friends, as well as the McKinnon Camera Pack 35L for my son. Each of them are excellent products and are every bit as useful and durable as advertised. Their customer support is excellent and always eager to help. You won't be disappointed with anything you purchase here.
