Worse service ever. Even in those difficult times.
I know that Covid-19 pandemic isn't easy for any business but the way Nokscoot airline deals with it is just pure disaster. They offer the change the date of the flight for free BUT if the fare is different you need to cover this. It can be done only through the call centre. And guess what? The call centre is in Philippines and by order of the government it is closed since a week! No mention about this of Nokscoot fb or web page. This change has to be done at least 3 days before departure. But there is no way to do it! Second option, credit for future flights. You can claim it by putting your details into Google form, GOOGLE FORM! That's not the only thing.Credit expires after 180 days and can be redeemed only by calling the call centre. The same one which is closed since a week! People who managed to call the centre before closure reported that the price of the flights while booking thought call centre are twice as high as on the website! Ok, lets try with e-mail. Everything gets auto response the they will contact you in the next 10 days. You can do the math on your own. I do not even want to know how the service looks like on the airport or on board.
