My late mother took a lot of pleasure from her Komp through video calls with family members and many photos of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She would not have been able to manage other forms of technology such as a tablet or laptop and the arrival of her Komp just after the start of the first Covid lockdown greatly reduced her feelings of isolation when unable to see family face to face.

My grandmother has a KOMP. Its very user friendly for the older generation! The whole family is happy with it.

The Customer Service before, during and after using Komp for my elderly mother was absolutely excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, answered questions promptly, efficiently and were very friendly which is a nice touch when dealing with a device I knew little about and need not have worried about setting it up.

Still navigating the app to run through the tests I'm doing but so far so good 👍🏻

Great product, easy to use for us as well as for our 92 year old father. Video and Audio quality are very solid, and the 4G feature is a great option if there is no Wifi available. The Komp support was very responsive and helpful, my brother was able to set the Komp up in 15 min at the house of our father in Germany, and we were able to do everything else remotely from Boston, USA. We started using the Komp app on an iphone to set everything up, and are now also using it on our ipad.

We have used the KOMP for a year and, despite her initial fear of the technology, our elderly Mum is now much less isolated and looks forward to her regular video calls. It’s great that the device is so simple and needs no input from her. The customer service and after sales service is excellent. A highly recommended product.

Has helped me stay in touch with my grandma in a way that is convenient for the whole family, regardless of age or technical ability.

When you have elderly family and it is important for them to see as many faces as possible particularly during the pandemic this device really was a godsend

For our mother - for whom using technology became impossible later in life (though she’d been very proficient earlier) - the Komp was a marvellous find. Recommended to me by a friend who was already using one, I have recommended it many times since. Being able to send Mum photos knowing only she and other family could see them and being able to video call her without her having to do anything at all to the device was absolutely blooming marvellous!! Thank you to those who invented that Komp!

However biased, I have seen up close how No Isolation are making a significant positive impact on peoples lives through their products AV1 and Komp. Highly recommended products and truly inspirational company

This is a brilliant device which keeps us in tough with my 90 year old mother who is in a care home. It rarely glitches but when it does it’s easy to fix

This is an amazing device, it helps us stay connected with a parent who lives far away and is unwell. We love it and can’t recommend it highly enough.

The No Isolation KOMP united our family around Mum during the grim times of lockdown (1 and 2) and I'm sure that contact helped slow the progression of her dementia. Her carers also enjoyed the regular slideshow updates of family goings on.

We have been using the Komp video for about 6 months. Mum and Dad lost their capacity to use computers and mobile phones so Komp has been the perfect replacement. Literally with just an On/off button the monitor sits on the kitchen table and goes live when someone calls them. They have to do NOTHING! So far we have restricted connections to immediate family until they decide if they want to connect more people. This has been a game changer for our family who is spread globally.

I miss functionality to ensure pictures shared by the users are visible only for the Komp «owner», and not for all the invited users

The Komp has been an absolute life changer for my mum and my brother and I.
Mum has never owned a mobile phone has no idea about internet or tech of any kind, she always jokes that she just needs an on and off switch!
I bought the Komp with SIM card as she has no Wi-Fi, it arrived at my home and I set it up in 2 mins max as I had already downloaded the Komp app
I then took it to my mums house in Scotland and showed it to her, plugged it in and turned it on and then messaged my brother in Thailand and told him to call from the Komp App, he did and it was seamless! Mum has no idea how it works but now can see and speak to my brother and also to me in Wales and she absolutely loves it!
We constantly send photos to the Komp and she loves seeing them, I can show her round my house and connect her with many things that I am doing when out and about just by calling her on the Komp app.
I highly recommend Komp for anyone that doesn’t do Tech, it has opened up a whole new world for my mum who has restricted mobility and can’t really leave the house anymore
