Shelves and wooden boxes - Design flaw

We bought the Nofred shelves and boxes for our son, these are expensive for what they are, but we wanted something that looked beautiful.

Well, they look beautiful for about 10 minutes. The screws on the wooden boxes scratch the shelves and the other boxes, making a mess. The felt pads they provided do nothing to prevent this, as they simply move around leaving glue residue in the scratches.

This is a design flaw so I reached out to Nofred directly, even thought I bought the shelves through a retailer. They acknowledged the problem, then disappeared, not providing any sort of solution or refund. Very disappointing, when there are plenty of cheaper storage solution for children's toys, and the one reason to spend more is for the design, which is clearly flawed.

DO NOT BUY THE SHELVES AND BOXES, they seriously will look like crap within 10 minutes of use.

Order never arrived

I placed an order with Nofred over a month ago and haven't received yet. The shipping carrier has been trying to reach the company to obtain information to release my package, but they haven’t received a response. I have also emailed Nofred multiple times with no reply. This lack of communication is disappointing, and I’m now considering contacting my bank to resolve this issue if I don’t hear from them soon. I hope this company improves its customer service to prevent this from happening to others.

worst experience

I ordered a lamp several weeks ago and when I received it it was the wrong color! I tried to reach the brand NOFRED several times : by email, by phone, by Instagram. No reply at all even though I am trying to call regularly. I am so disappointed by their customer service : I am now with a lamp that I cannot use because of a mistake they made.
