Appalling customer service! These guys seem to be the seller for Miller and Mason generators. Bought a generator, received no acknowledgement of my purchase, no receipt and no delivery information. Had to chase them up to get any information about the order. Staff are terrible communicators and clearly couldn't care less about customer service.

Bought a zipper electric balance bike for my daughter who has barley ridden it all year it must have had 30mins max in all that time and the rear wheel has failed, nitrotek not interested in helping at all other than to sell me a new wheel, bike is generally cheap and poor quality, don’t waste your money on this cheap rubbish.

If you need any help from nitrotek don't ring them they don't answer, But if you email them they do a very good after care service, the gun hose on my jetwasher broke and they sent out a new one straight away.
