Over priced for such poor service.

Update: I ordered from my android phone and recieved a watch without engraving. And then was told it was my fault.

So I went back to check and after several tests, adding engraving does not work from my android. I then tried the purchase from my PC and it works as mentioned. I wonder if anyone at Nite watch tests their transaction process on the phone....A more professional service would have asked about my order platform and steps rather than simply dismiss as user error.

Great service from a British company making quality products

This is now my second watch and purchase. So happy with Nite Watches and the quality of craftsmanship is outstanding. The best in my opinion of having a brand that is not the mainstream and always receive great comments from people. The night glow is the best on the market in my opinion. Keep up the great work. Now a proud owner is f the MX10 and the Alpha. Keep up the great work.

Nite Watches are a family based Company that not only Sells Quality Watches at affordable Prices.
However their Customer Care is Second to Non.
Time is a commodity that cant be bought but acknowledged by those who Wear this Special Watch which is a true expression of one's self

I love my Nite Alpha and when it was due for service there was only one place that I would send it to. Excellent level of service and quality work carried out. It's just like new again. Thanks Nite.

Looks great, handles well. Did dive training with navy seals in Hawaii and the had lumniox watches and asked what I had because they liked the look betters. Nite is superior

Great watches, so tough and stylish. I would recommend these watches for driven people how enjoy hiking, kayaking, wild swimming, cycling, squash and day to day work.. so durable.

The watch was delivered on Monday had a full service sonically cleaned pressure tested and delivered back a week later it looked like a brand new watch. Excellent service thankyou.

I ordered a replacement strap for my Alpha watch and though royal mail said it had been delivered, it had not.
I contacted the team to see if they could help and they sent out another strap the next day.
That arrived fine.

Serviced my hawk watch and replaced strap loop. Prompt service.

My watch had stopped abruptly and the battery was not the problem. I contacted Nite, then sent my watch in for service. Needed a service, clean and new works. Promptly done and returned shortly after my payment. All good. Think it cost me £85 plus the postage out to Nite.

just a very smooth and informative process. may seem a little expensive for a new battery but you do get a clean ,pressure test and an 18 month guarantee

The Alpha Z Blackout is the tool watch killer. It is a dead accurate quartz movement with a clean and sleek sapphire face, a gorgeous tritium glow, scope turret like bezel with great engagement, perfectly balanced case design, and its blacked out discretion is just taking that to another level. The PVD bracelet is elegant and functional, it has a no nonsense screw in crown with two click pull for date and time. I believe this watch will withstand what I give it, and don’t see any other watch replacing this one.

Order was custom and the Nite Watch team contacted me promptly when my watch was sent.

Bought the Nite Hawk Flare.
Watch came fast and in great condition.

Not 5 stars as I was told by email that Nite watches were not re-stocking the Hawk Flare model. They re-stocked it a week or two later and I received no update of the re-stock through email or otherwise.

Other than that, happy with the purcahse.

Wanted the mx10 explorer for a few months. Met Roger and some of the mavericks on a few summits of penyfan. Incredible bunch of people. I feel very lucky to finally have this watch. Even more so after meeting them and hearing their stories.
