Especially during these times when all the shops are so busy with the holidays, they took their time to answer to my email (very promptly I might add), in a very nice way, and tell me that my package is coming, and that I should not worry, but it would probably take about 2 days extra, which is exactly what happened.
Also the products are on point, sturdy and high quality.

Best martial arts shop in Scandinavia - good selection, quality and support service.

I came across Nippon by coincidence when I was looking to buy new martial arts gear and I am sure glad I did! First, they have products covering the whole range of martial arts, so everything you will ever need you will find it at Nippon. Secondly, Nippon offers products at really good prices, and on top of that, they oftentimes have good discounts on already low prices. Finally, the customer service I have received has been amazing (Chris at the store!). It is invaluable that you can call or visit the physical store and get expert advice on size etc. when you are new to the sports. I came across Nippon by coincidence, but next time I buy new gear, going directly to Nippon will surely not be a coincidence :)

I ordered a package from Nipponsport and they sent it to the wrong address. I contacted the customer service a few times and they do not reply at all. I also tried to call them but they do not take the call either. Bad service! Now I try to get my money back. I contacted already my bank.
