So far totally happy with my Niphean board. Have had it a few months and taken it out on a couple different lake adventures. Plan on getting a second one and up grading to an 11' as I puchased a 10"6". It is super easy to pump up and deflate, packs easily into the back pack with the pump, fins, paddles, and my life vest and so much fun to take out on adventures! It was easy to order and research on the website.

I ordered my paddle board with electric pump and the pump did not get included in the shipment. We are heading on vacation and there is no phone number to contact Niphean. We wanted to use the board prior to leaving and now we will be unable to test the board. We sent an email but have no way of knowing I you will be sending pump in time for us to take it with us on vacation. Customer service is poor.

There was an issue with the floating dock we ordered. After we placed the order we were contacted that it was out of stock. Irene was very supportive and provided an alternative dock. It was too small. I asked for a refund, but Irene was able to get us another dock more to the original size preferred. All was done in a very quick manner! This is great customer service!!! Thanks!

Received my pro sup today and it’s missing the electronic pressure gauge. In the place where the electronic pressure gauge is supposed to be is just a regular inflation valve. Not happy at all.

Niphean has the best customer support. I have emailed them on multiple occasions about product questions and always have received a prompt reply. The boards I have purchased have worked great over the past two years without any issues. The added center fin on these boards help tremendously with stability that most competitors do not provide.

I had a blast taking this down the river. It took me a moment to get my balance, but it was easy to get the hang of it. The board itself is sturdy and surprisingly light to carry.

I've taken this out a few times and it's been great. Honestly, I like sitting in it with my legs in the water, and with a kayak paddle it moves fast and feels super stable. The pump gauge broke right away, but I grabbed a cheap replacement and it's fine now. Love how easy it is to transport and how solid it feels when inflated.

Told it is shipped within 5 days. Now 8 days and no evidence it was shipped. Having FedEx print a label is not shipped.

Love this board! Yeah, it had a bit of a smell when I first unpacked it, but that went away after the first use. Looks great, everything in the kit was there, and the design really stands out. One of the small fins snapped on a rock, but I ordered a stronger replacement that fit perfectly. Been out twice already and still loving it.

Perfect size for me and my big dog. Lots of replaceable parts, which is nice. Only complaint - the bag ripped quickly, so it's not the best for heavy use. Still good value overall.

The Classic 10’6” arrived early. I knew at 62 pumping was just not an option having Electric inflater/deflater life is so much easier. I live in N.W. Florida I have taken my board to nearby springs and a local bay. I have yet to venture to the Gulf.

The Board was easy to set up and carrying it was a breeze. The center stabilizing fin works great. Lesson learned remove the stabilizer if you are padding where there are submerged stumps and trees. You come to an abrupt halt when hit.

First day I stood up the stability was amazing. Second enter/exit water via a dock. Third day riding with two people. I have had so many people admire my setup. I also ordered a seat. There are other accessories I am looking at. I hope when I’m ready to upgrade NIPHEAN has more accessories. I will be purchasing a carbon kayak paddle and a life belt for me and a dog life vest for my shadow next.

I got my paddleboard from Niphean over a year ago, and I absolutely love it. Super user-friendly and very stable/good quality. I want to get another asap so I can go out with friends! The paddle board can hold 2 people as well which is great

I have been using my paddleboard for two years now, and it has remained in great condition. It is easy to put together and take down. I love the backpack for traveling and taking on adventures.
