If I could leave zero stars

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The package was lost. Why Neiman Marcus uses this delivery service is beyond me. I will not buy anything from them again.

Neiman Marcus uses needitnow for…

Neiman Marcus uses needitnow for delivers in Austin area. I have never received the merchandise I ordered when this service is used to deliver my purchases. It has happened 4 times now. Neiman has to credit a claim they denied after needitnow could not show a signature for a delivery they had not made. I am again disputing a delivery not made and have told Neiman to only fedex my purchases from now.

Absolutely horrible delivery service

Absolutely horrible delivery service. They sent me several text messages saying they would be delivering my package. They still have not shown up. When I tried to call them, it always goes to VM and they will not return my calls. Stay away from their services

By far the worst delivery company!!!!!

By far the worst delivery company!!!!!! Very unclear delivery notifications. Never on time!!! The packages aren’t delivered to the apartment as stated!!! Just thrown down somewhere in the building!!! The worst!!!!!

Delivery disaster and lies

The item was great (from Homary), but the delivery people "Need It Now Delivers" were dreadful; they scratched our floor in several places and refused our claims with a bunch of lies.

Terrible delivery company

Terrible delivery company. Was supposed to be originally delivered on a Friday then was changed to a Monday with a message that they would contact us the night before to give a 4 hour window for delivery. They never notified us and we found out our package was delivered when our neighbor called us to say they threw it against one of our bushes in front of our house. Delivery person walked right around a locked gate in front of our house and stepped over a DELIVERIES OUT BACK sign to just throw it front of our house on our front steps against a shrub. It was a large package so it bent the bush. Bad experience.

The worst delivery service around

They received my package on 5/8/24. They sent a text to me saying it was out for delivery on 5/15/24 between 1 pm and 5 pm. Needless to say it wasn't delivered. No reason, they won't respond to text or emails. Then they schedule to deliver it a week later on 5/21/24. I will not be buying anything else from Lowes if they continue to use this worthless excuse of a delivery company. They should be shut down. No excuses for unprofessional attitude of a business.

AWFUL!!! Still no delivery!!!!

AWFUL!!!! To date, my patio furniture has been out for delivery 3 times- still not here. They will not return emails or calls! Finally got in touch with Lowe's and Lowe's contacted them. They said they will deliver to my area in Thursday. I'm not holding my breath.

Need it Now, Get it Much Later

South Carolina, Mt. Pleasant. They get a star only because I had to post something in order to submit this review. Part of their deliver policy states the customer will receive a call 30 minutes before the arrival. They called while on site, of course we were out, then when we called to reschedule, we had to get placed back on their schedule for days out. Poor customer service. Hope you don't need it now, because you will get it much later. If any merchant I purchase through in the future uses this service I will immediately cancel my order.

"Need it Now" is beyond bad

Setup date of delivery with this company 3 times. Three times I waited and they did not show up. The Atlanta warehouse does not answer the phone and they do not return calls. What an awful and poor run company.

When It's Convenient For Us Delivers

This business should be renamed "When It's Convenient For Us Delivers". Believe me, if you want to wait for shipments this is the company to hire. VEVOR uses SEKO Logistics and SEKO subs out to this useless company. Prevent your troubles at the root; don't shop VEVOR.

Did Not Provide Service That Was Paid For

The company I ordered furniture from outsourced it’s delivery service to this company. I spoke with the dispatcher 2 days before the schedule delivery and confirmed that the delivery included delivery, assembly, and trash removal. She said absolutely that was all included. The two men delivering brought the boxes in and once they saw there were items that were not pre assembled, they pretended to not know how to do it. I showed them that I paid for “white glove” delivery and they just shrugged. Then they said they could “try” to assemble the bed. They assembled it and knew exactly how, they didn’t even use instructions. Then I was left with a coffee table and tv stand/fire place to assemble myself, as they refused to finish the job. Of course the phone number to call for this service just took me in circles. The phone said their offices were closed, yet the website said they were open until 5pm on a Saturday. I left a message on 4/15 and have yet to receive a call back. Absolutely awful.
