I've been buying figures from them for 5 years and they've truly been my best option for acquiring figures from Japan. No shipping problems or anything like that. I recently bought the Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Kenobi series from Mafex and it's excellent.

First time ordering off nin-nin game and it wasnt a bad experience. they shipped in a decent time but it arrived very fast with DHL! box was unharmed and wrapped in bubblewrap and paper to prevent damage. the value of the figure was really good.

Absolutely fantastic! I’ve ordered more from them as an import than my own country. Shipping tends to be a bit pricey, but it is being shipped half way around the world.

In saying that, the shipping is miraculously delivered when stated. If you’ve paid for 3-7 days it will definitely be there within the timeframe.

The prices are really competitive with other retailers and actually works out cheaper sometimes, especially during a sale.

Definitely recommend this company and will continue to use.

Absolutely horrible, a figure I bought came with a broken arm, when I mean came I do mean came, arm broke right out of the box, and they did absolutely nothing about it, no store credit, no refund, no replacement, no nothing, do not buy from here

All around excellent

I've ordered from Nin-Nin twice (Mafex Obi-Wan series Vader and Yamaguchi Reverse Flash), and was pleased both times. The prices can be up there if you choose the shipping and tax payment and delivery option, but due to the most often lowered Market price on the site, it evens out or is cheaper than other websites (which I won't name, but I believe everybody knows...) Some listings are a bit ridiculous I will say, for example a Yamaguchi Endeavor going for?.. $1000? How is that even eligible. Other than that the price and payment system is nicely done. As for shipping, it always arrived within 1-3 weeks, which I find more than acceptable for something that comes all the way from overseas. I wish I could give 4.5 stars but that's sadly not an option, and I wish I could also give 5 stars but only if the listing problem (especially with some older figures) gets updated, fixed or something else can be done around it. Overall 4/5 stars, 8.5/10 website and seller, and I will continue to buy from them!

Reveived my figure in perfect condition (and it didn't take forever to arrive!)
The prices are reasonable, the customer service is reactive and was able to answer all of my questions.
They shipped it not too long after I made my order and the packaging was strong enough to survive all its way to my address.
Overall, it has been a good experience and I will most likely make my next order there again! ^^
