Very fast and efficient customer support.

Rebecca B was super helpful & efficient to help with my query. We as a family have outgrown the Nimbl offering.

Excellent, easy to use bank card and app for teenagers to use. The app allows them to transfer funds between their current and saving accounts. My son and daughter both enjoyed this independence and over the years have become adept at handling their finances! If they lose their card it’s easy to log on and disable its use or order a replacement. Parents can log on anytime to check their balance, to set up weekly pocket money or send money anytime from family too for birthdays. It’s been a great set up and mine have just opened regular bank accounts now but I know they have learnt lots from their nimbl accounts. Many thanks, I wholeheartedly would recommend.

Wonderful service for children to learn responsible banking. I would highly recommend Nimbl to all parents to teach responsible banking & the value of money.

Used this for my daughter for many years. Was east to use and great way to allow her some freedom with money but safety too

I had issues with my daughters card. I emailed nimbl and got a response back within minutes from Rebecca advising what to do. Great service and communication.

Had problem, contacted by email and the support team responded very quickly.

Great company, very quick to respond and help. My son has used his nimbl card for a few years but is now over l18. I do believe it’s helped him to budget. An added bonus is being able to see where he has spent his money and best of all - shows a timeframe which is peace of mind with a teenager as they’re not all the best at checking in with parents 😁
No penalties for closing the account either - very refreshing!

Had a tech Q after re-opening my old account for my youngest child to get a card after a gap from last time I used Nimble for his older sister. Superb fast & clear communication from Allison and Rebecca at support & all issues resolved - thank you both.
My youngest is excited to get his own card, but will also learn he has to earn it through helping around the house and if he spends it all at once then that's on him - when it's gone it's gone ;)

First of all must say huge thanks to Rebecca. Lovely, friendly telephone manner... huge help to me with my "techno phone enquiry" as wasn't sure if I was literally asking a stupid question or typically me not fully au fait with the process?!

Couldn't have been more helpful plus we had a laugh too. Excellent service and so much easier to ask a real person than get ravelled up online and still not fathom the answer I was looking for 😊

My query was dealt with extremely quickly! Highly recommend Nimbl, as it's been brilliant for both my children.

Got accounts when children were young, always easy to use, when I no longer needed the service it was really easy to end the accounts. Great service.

We had to recently close my son's account after many years of fab service, because he was turning 18 years old, so had outgrown his child account and the support we received from Nimbl was quick, easy and very efficient (as always!). Well done guys!

Great feature to know where your child is spending their money. Great to have some control and they have a safe way of spending in a cashless way.

Placed my query online and it was actioned and completed within 10 minutes - I was stunned at the speed of response

I have cancelled my card two months ago and I still paying for the monthly fee despite sending several emails to complain I have not yet received a reply. I will give them till the end of the week and then report them to the financial ombudsman!

Absolutely appalling that my son has one of these and it's not been set up by parents so who has set it up and why no adequate checks!!!!

Police being called immediately and I would avoid at all costs as child safety obviously isn't a concern for this company
