Very very worst experience

Very very worst experience. Placed an order for a bouquet on Saturday morning for it to be delivered before 4 pm in the evening. But even before 4 o’clock, got a message, the bouquet arrived and delivered. When contacted the desk office, the executives replied in very bad language and very col behaviour to customer. They are not fit to be tell marketing executives . Till 5 o’clock the bouquet was not delivered, then I get a call from the partner at Chennai, they received message to deliver , but by then I had to make another arrangement. The fact is this online Nikki flower is totally a very very underrated service provider with uncultured telly executive. Please don’t order through this Nikki flower

Worst experience and not worth at…

Worst experience and not worth at all.less flowers and no proper arrangements of flowers..cake looks very basic not as per the picture shown. I have ordered in the morning at 10 am and they have delivered at 8:45 in the night. Looks very unprofessional.

Very Disappointed with Nikki Flowers
I ordered a combo from Nikki Flowers, and I'm extremely disappointed with the service and quality.

The cake was not good, it was very hard and didn't taste fresh.

The flowers were not fresh either, which completely ruined the surprise.

I contacted Nikki Flowers and raised a complaint, but I have received no response so far.

This is very unprofessional. I trusted Nikki Flowers for my special occasion, but they failed to deliver. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is by far the worst experience…

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any flower delivery service. Their tracking system is completely unreliable and provides no real updates. The website allows you to place an order, only for them to call you minutes later saying the flowers aren’t available—what a joke! The entire process is frustrating and misleading. I strongly recommend avoiding this platform altogether.

Worst Experience

I have never encountered a company so unprofessional and unreliable. They claim to provide updates, yet no information ever reaches the customer. It’s astonishing how far they go to justify their failures, while offering nothing of value. Not only did they cancel my order without confirming a refund, but they also falsely claimed they contacted me to inform me of the cancellation. When I followed up, they assured me—yet again falsely—that my order would be delivered before 4 PM. Two days later, the order still shows as “under delivery.” This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Save yourself the frustration—do not buy flowers from this company.

Worst Experience Ever

Worst Experience Ever – This Website Should Be SHUT DOWN!

I placed an order on the 16th, expecting delivery between 2-4 PM – only for it to get rescheduled last minute with the excuse that "flowers aren’t available." I clearly told them I don't care, just arrange and deliver it – but guess what? The person stopped answering my calls right after.

How unprofessional can you be?

No update. No courtesy. No apology.
And the cherry on top? The company CANCELLED the order without informing me at all – no call, no email, nothing. Just silence.

I had to literally ask my friend to call them from a different number. She picked that call and then ghosted again. Seriously??
After TWO DAYS of zero delivery, we had to follow up again – only then they initiated a refund. Of course, they wouldn’t bother unless you scream and shout at them.

Shameless people. Shameless service. Shameless company.
No availability, no accountability, no communication – and zero decency.

I’m warning everyone – DO NOT use this website. It’s a joke.
Should be permanently taken down.
Disgusted beyond words. 👎👎👎

Scamming regarding delivery time

They charge ₹200 for fixed delivery time and deliver 2 hrs after the scheduled time. Never trust them. There are other better sites to order flowers from. I asked for refund of the ₹200 and they didn't do that. I could have taken a standard delivery for paying money for a service I didn't receive

I am writing to inform you about a recent negative experience I had with an order placed with your shop. I ordered flowers for Rs. 544, but the bouquet I received was composed of old flowers.

We returned the bouquet, and you did process a refund. However, the fact that old flowers were supplied raises concerns about the quality of your products and services.

I wanted to share my experience so that others considering ordering from you are aware of what happened. Potential customers should be cautious and consider my experience before placing an order.

Poor quality flowers

Poor quality flowers , gives less quantity of flowers , flower arrangement is not atall worth the price . Highly disappointing and pathetic website . Not happy with the service they provided, it’s a scam website . Do not order anything from them

I don't want to give 1 star also such a scam company . First they take order money and later they call us and say sorry delivery not possible we will refund u . But after waiting 15 days also they didn't refund . Big fraud company . Please don't order from them .

My horrible experience with Nikki flowers

I had a very bad experience wth Nikkiflowers on 22nd May, a delivery to Eroor, Ekm.
We ordered for a SUGAR FREE chocolate cake by online. AFTER PAYMENT, they called & told its not sugar free & is a normal cake and no way to change as the payment has been already done. God only knows why they advertised as sugarfree then. Its a type of cheating i can tell.

After that, when I checked email confirmation, i saw the wordings on the cake was wrong. So i called them to confirm the correct wordings on cake. After all these, when I received the cake, there was no wordings at all🤣🤣 Again when I called them to check, they told it was a mistake from their partner but they have kept a card with the wordings😆 Again that wordings was also wrong. And they made it clear tht there is no way to correct all these even though their working partner was so near to our house. Only way to correct is to pay again from my side to write on the cake. Finally we bought another sugar free cake with correct writing from another store.
Sad thing is that they were not accepting their fault nor even trying to correct it in any other way. They were telling that delivery guy will charge them if they take it again to correct it. So they are only interested in money making even by false advertising, without giving any consideration for the customers I can say
