Failed delivery and won’t refund

Made an order for 2 pairs of shoes (1 standard, 1 custom). These were sent in two separate deliveries (which I was told beforehand due to time it takes to make customs).
These custom ones show as delivered but weren’t and spoke to customer service who have used the photo from the first delivery as proof that it was delivered and have refused to give me a refund based on that. The dates for the photo are 14 days before the alleged delivery date so either the customer service is that incompetent they can’t see on their system that nothing about their ‘proof’ matches or this is a blatant scam attempt.
Either way I will never be buying from them again as I’m now down almost £200 because of this.

Do not buy from Nike they do not honour their warranty

Do not buy from Nike they do not honour their warranty
I bought Nike Air Max Plus shoes from nike.com in 2025 as a student who saved up to afford them. After very light use (7-minute walks to class, worn intermittently), the shoes started falling apart upper material deteriorated, toe box frayed, shoelace tips broke. I reported this to Nike.

I returned the shoes. Nike rejected the return because they were 'Used/Worn/Washed' even though I was transparent from the beginning about wearing and washing them.

I escalated the case and was told to wait 5–7 business days. I waited over a month. No email update ever came. I had to chase them repeatedly via chat and email.

On 26 May 2026, Nike emailed me saying: 'After further inspection, your request has been accepted.' I sent the shoes back again, trusting them. On 1 June 2026, Nike rejected the return again for the exact same reason: 'Used/Worn/Washed.'

Nike has failed to inspect the shoes for the actual defect. They have ignored their own 2-year warranty policy. They have given me contradictory information. They have refused to give me a final answer. I have filed complaints with the CGSO and NCC.

I am a long-standing Nike Member since 2022. This is how Nike treats loyal customers? Never again. I bet if I was an influencer or public figure this would have never happened.

Atrocious customer service. Good luck with warranty claims!

Unfortunately the quality of their trainers has become poor over time. The trainers develop faults and when you try to use their 2 year warranty, they use every excuse to get out of having to actually deal with the issue at hand. When I've asked to make a formal complaint, I was told Nike doesn't have any means of raising complaints, all I can do is speak to a rep, who then escalates claims, and lo and behold their original rejection is 'upheld'.

I purchased an item from Nike.com and…

I purchased an item from Nike.com and needed to return it. Nike Customer Service gave me incorrect information and told me I could return it at a Nike Factory Store.

I drove 20 minutes to the store, but they could not accept the return. I then spent nearly an hour on the phone trying to resolve the issue while at the store.

In total, I wasted about three hours due to incorrect guidance from Nike Customer Service. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

SNKRS is just scam !!

For over ten years, I’ve been trying to buy shoes during SNKRS drops, and it’s always the same story: my order gets put on hold to filter out so-called bots, and a few seconds later I get a notification saying the size I ordered is no longer available.

But on top of that, you can find those exact same pairs available on tons of resale sites, even BEFORE the official launch via the SNKRS app. It’s just a scam. I’ve been loyal to Nike for years, but now it’s over—I’m going to boycott them. I’m sick of being taken for a fool by this company that’s only out to rip off sneakerheads.

Wow - Stay away from Nike.com

Wow. First, Pricing on Nike.com is ridiculous. The Team USA soccer jersey selling for $190 on Nike.com can be purchased for $90 at Scheels and other Sporting Goods retailers. The SAME shirt. I purchased both.
The return/cancellation process at Nike.com is non-existent. They even state no customer service agent is empowered to process a cancellation after 30 minutes of placing an order! Outrageous.
I did elect to return the item directly to a Nike store so i would have a receipt of my return. Forget about a refund for shipping even though I paid an additional shipping charge for a date certain arrival and it was still 10 days late. Store personnel? Nothing they can do they said. Contact Nike.com. Good luck with that.
AVOID buying directly from Nike.com. Buy from retailers with a record of customer-friendly service. Most know the value of making returns easy to earn repeat business. Nike.com is the worst I have ever encountered.

SNKRS app is awful

SNKRS app is awful. How on earth did I not get any hits from the SNKRS app myself on the Travis Scott’s or Nigel Sylvester’s brick by brick. But yet my bots got the W? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 absolutely shit app. Clearly aimed at screwing people over. Forces you to believe actual people have purchased when in fact that’s a lie. Forcing hype and forcing people to buy and pay reseller. Shockingly awful business model.

I am 76 years old

I am 76 years old, recovering from surgery. Nike support sent me defective items twice and then refused a simple home delivery, forcing me to walk on crutches. Now, Nike management and Legal Department in the Netherlands are ignoring an official legal notice backed by my German insurance (Concordia, Case 60-13-26-30808-7-1 kg). Your automated bots close the cases at midnight, while the real bosses hide. This is an absolute disgrace for a global brand. I demand a proper resolution before my attorney officially files the case in Berlin court!

I was disappointed with Nike’s return…

I was disappointed with Nike’s return policy experience. I tried returning an unworn item with tags still attached, but the return was denied because I no longer had the original packaging. I understand policies exist, but this felt unnecessarily strict considering the product was clearly unused. The experience left me frustrated as a customer. I wont be shopping from here again.

Wish I could give them a zero here or…

Wish I could give them a zero here or minus 10. I've been a loyal Nike brand consumer since a child and spend thousands annually through their app. All was seamless for years until my most recent orders in 2026.

On a return due to sizing the labels they sent would not scan through Canada post so the packages had to be entered manually which created a return delay. When enquiring about why my refund was taking so long it took a back and fourth painful experience to get an update. Once updated I was also updated that my returned items where denied due to "no original packaging". I literally tried the items on tags still intact and neatly folded the item and placed in original packaging. To my error I placed the items in the opposite plastic wrapping. More than a month goes by, I received an email 3 weeks ago after again following up to receive an update saying "sorry this has been elevated to the decision maker". Still nothing just a marry go round of bs and I'm out $250 with clothes that don't fit that they shoved back into the box leaving horrible wrinkles and returned to me.

I'm an active investor and see their stock price is down 75% from all time highs. Doesn't surprise me at all after this experience. Seems their recent changes in Canada to push loyal customers away is working. They won't ever get another dime from me out of principle in Canada or while in the USA. Time to learn how to love their closest competitors unfortunately because I'm as loyal as they come until I'm not because of a line in the sand crossed, then you're dead to me. Nike is dead to me

Rude customer service

Ordered a tshirt o line using my apple pay acct, admittedly my fault I forgot the email address I set up my Apple acct with years ago no longer exists, nor can I remember it, so I didn’t receive the email confirmation. Order arrived but too small so need to return. Contacted Nike through their live chat. Explained the situation but the agent kept insisting on me providing the email address to confirm my order number so that I can return the item. I gave him acct name, delivery address, phone number, details of the item and even sent a photo of the packaging and address label but he kept insisting on the email address even though I explained twice already why I didn’t have it. He then ended the chat on me so I now have a tshirt I can’t return or use. I get the email error is my fault but you would think a big company like Nike would have better trained customer service staff

Material Defect Ignored by Customer Support

I bought a pair of Nike shoes about a month ago and the material has already started discoloring and getting darker in certain areas, even though the shoes are barely used.

What makes it worse is that the issue becomes more visible after moisture touches the fabric. I carefully cleaned the shoe with a damp sponge and the affected areas became even darker afterwards, almost as if some internal material or dye is bleeding through from inside the shoe.

Nike support suggested it may simply be dirt, but the discoloration does not behave like normal dirt at all.

I also submitted a review with photos on the Nike product page. The review itself was approved and published, but the photos showing the defect were never displayed, while many other customer reviews do include pictures.

Another frustrating part was the customer support communication itself. No matter what I replied or explained in my emails, I kept receiving almost identical responses over and over again, which honestly made it feel like I was talking to a bot rather than an actual person reviewing the case properly.

Very disappointing quality and customer service experience for such an expensive product.

Extremely disappointed with Nike

Extremely disappointed with Nike customer support and delivery handling.

My order is now more than one week late with no meaningful tracking updates or delivery information.

I contacted support 3 times, and I was told the case would be escalated. Several days later, I still received no update, no resolution, and no clear explanation about where the package is.

At this point, the order appears lost, yet customer support has been unable to provide either a replacement, a refund, or even accurate information.

Very frustrating experience for such a large company.

They will take your money but they won’t ship!

I ordered a pair of shoes that arrived quickly. Upon trying them on it was clear that I needed to size up. Not a big deal. I promptly filled out the paperwork, printed the label and dropped them off at UPS. UPS then delivered my return within two days. My return then sat at Nike for a few days. Then I finally received a shipping notice. Unfortunately they didn’t ship that day, (Thursday). On the following Tuesday, my order is still sitting at Nike! Really there is no excuse for this to take this long. They were in stock, you took my money the same day? Maybe this is why nobody is buying Nike any longer. It’s not the gear, it’s the horseshit slow ass service! You need to be better!
