Nightingale Pharmacy Reviews 

Nightingales used to be very good but in recent months they are shockingly poor. I work for a care company and we are now at a point where we have to call several times before medication is due to remind them even though they have the scripts. On a few occasions we have had to go to a different pharmacy for emergency scripts because they haven’t delivered on time. We will be using a different pharmacy in future. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially care organisations.

Rude and basically dont care. My GP surgery told me to call them for advice. I asked to talk to the pharmacist if possible, the guy told me to "come to the shop and buy paracetamol". When I dared to try and talk again, I was just told "you come to the shop brother" and was hung up on.

This is very corrupted company, I ordered skin cream and never arrive, they told me on 18/10/2018 that they will sent a replacement one, I waited and he sent nothing, I tried communicating with them and a wall of silence, they are only interested in your money, be careful with them, you will not ear from them after taking your money, terrible experience.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still waiting! Emailed last week with no response to order, followed with a call this week and still no item! Order still showing as processing! Buy elsewhere!

My order has not arrived. I have had no communication from the company and I want a refund or the item I ordered.

My tablets took a very long while to arrive. But I have given 5 stars because it was sorted out quickly once I phoned them...
