Some art pieces can inflate really high in value while most are duds. Certain drops have a time limit and the security check can be annoying. The platform overall is good and you can cash out via Gemini.

Horrible company. They have destroyed my Stripe account with express accounts and refuse to delete them. Stripe says they can't do anything, Nifty Gateway has to do the deletion process,.

DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE THIEVES

SCAM. They will steal your money and make it hard to withdraw.

What they’re doing has to be illegal

I have used NG’s Eth supported option, to add funds. connected my Coinbase wallet, used NG’ link SQ barcode “ photo” sent my funds over. Have a receipt that it has gone to ethscan and converted to Nifty’s. Yet it hasn’t arrived onto my NG’s balance. I emailed them. They answer me with we will take note and at later event we might be able to return your funds!!. “email full of spelling mistakes, written by Allen Collins”. I don’t recommend using this site at all.

NEVER USE THIS PLATFORM !!!!!! I BOUGHT 2 NFTS AND NOW I CANT GO ON MY ACCOUNT, THEY DONT ANSWER ON TWITTER, MAIL, INSTAGRAM, DISCORD, NOWHERE!!!!! AND I HAVE BEEN SENDING OVER 40 MAILS IN 2 MONTHS AND NO REPLY

I deposited pre-paid eth to my account but when i try to buy something it shows i have less than 70% of what i sent. I understand there could be transaction fees but that shouldnt explain such an enormous drop in my eth balance. Fees to cash out are about the same (i would lose 30% of the value that i put into the marketplace if i cash out now). There is no information online to explain why this is happening so it definitely gives off the perception of something sketchy or fraudulent going on.

I wish I would have searched for these reviews earlier.
Deposited a little over $1K worth of ETH but it never showed up in my account. Even if it does appear at a later date, this is unacceptable seeing that the site has had plenty of time to smooth out the user experience. There is also several other problems with the actual site itself. For example, I constantly am getting logged out of my account. When I try to sign back in, I have to submit a verification code from email, then nothing happens. If you try to refresh it takes you back to the login screen. I found that to get it to work, submit the code, click "Submit Code" again, and it will tell you "Invalid Credentials", now I can refresh and be logged in. This type of crap happens during sign-up as well which should have been a red-flag for me. Overall, just an all around garbage website.

Update: Changed from 1 star to 3. I eventually received my balance after almost two weeks of waiting. During that time I submitted a ticket which they responded to a couple days later, saying the problem was due to an uptick in site traffic and blockchain usage. Not sure what the withdrawal process will be like. I also figured out that if you refresh and it takes you to the sign-in page, if the circle changes to the "Hello [username]" you don't have to keep signing in, just navigate back to the page. Still kind of annoying though.

They purposely make it impossible to withdraw from. You are forced to withdraw currency to a Gemini wallet. Surprise surprise, the greedy little Winklevoss twins own both NiftyGateway and Gemini. They want you to stay inside their scummy money factory.

Once your money arrives in your Gemini wallet, it will be in GUSD, a gemini stable coin (which you can do nothing with).

You now have to exchange that Gemini Coin for a coin you can actually use. However, for some reason you cannot do anything with GUSD on Gemini's own platform. Yes, they do not support exchange of their own coin on their own platform 😂

So now you have to spend money transferring your GUSD to more capable wallet like Metamask. Spend more money then swapping the GUSD on Uiswap to a useful currency like Eth. Then spend more money transferring the Eth to an exchange that can actually swap it for your fiat currency. Then spend more money to finally withdraw it. All of this could be solved if Gemini allowed you to simply swap GUSD on thier own exchange.

This is all because Gemini and Nifty Gateway are an incapable company. Honestly, don't touch this place with a barge pole. It is an unbelievably awful user experience and costs a fortune to even ever see your money again, let alone the time spent figuring all this stuff out.

If the little Winklevoss money grabbers are involved, stay away. You know they are just greedy twins not doing anything for the community and everything to line their pockets.

I eventually managed to get my funds exchanged through the process explained above which cost me around $100 in money and an hour or so of wasted time.

Go screw yourself Winklewankers.

Clearly shady inside trading going on when employees keep winning the first edition on drops

I tried to withdraw 1 ETH from their platform but for some reason it's been "out of gas". I havent' received it on my metamask, it's not been reverted on niftygateway and they don't answer anywhere (I sent 3 emails, 1 Insta DM, 1 Tweet).

It's been 34 days already and no answer

I bought an NFT here and sold it (with loss) that's not my issue though. the issue is that you can not take your money out never. as you need to set up a Gemini account and getting verify will take ages. It is more than a month since I am waiting for verification to happen so I can get my money out!!! and customer service is terrible

Dreadful site, incapable of holding traffic, and incompetent staff to run it. Do not use, there is a lot of manipulation with the good drops so you will never be in the mix.

put my card into the website like 20 mins later my credit card got suspended because there were some requests for suspicious transactions. website not safe i guess...

Wack trafficking with big drops the site cant handle it.
