Really good Italian products’ shop
They never disappoint me! Always on time on delivery day and they have always all the Italian products I am looking for.
Last time we tried lemon caprese and it was delicious same for the pizza dough.

Best online Italian food
I have been a customer for several years and despite the occasional glitch I have always been happy with Nifeislife's range of products, service and delivery. My only advice would be to put less salt on their "made at Nifeislife" products (eg meatballs, cannellini soup etc) which I used to buy but stopped as too salty for me :) - other than that, great company, friendly drivers and excellent range of quality products.

How to feel like home
If you are Italian or just want to taste the real Italian flavors, this is the right place to satisfy all your tastes. Excellent web page, easy to visit and full of articles with excellent explanation of the product and beautiful photos, easy to request orders, secure payment and is made the day before delivery, there is the possibility to change and add something up to 24h before delivery, excellent communication via email and also by telephone, the order is shipped with the utmost accuracy and perfect packaging. The company that brings it keeps you informed every 10 min with the location of the driver. Once the order arrives it seems to have returned home.
To conclude, I recommend it at 1000 x 1000.

Poor payment policy
Food selection is limited and many products are not available, payment policy is not clear, they didn't charge my card when I placed the order, the day of delivery they blocked the total amount of my order as deposit and than they debited my card a second time as a payment, not clear why is necessary to block a deposit for several days after the delivery if the payment was accepted, very disappointing.

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter.
When you place an order with us, the payment is not automatically processed. We receive an authorization from the bank to take the funds from your account, this is referred to as ‘pending’ or ‘processing’ charges.
The funds are put on ‘hold’ by the bank until we process the transaction or the authorisation expires. At this point you haven’t been charged by us, but the funds are ‘reserved’.
If the order goes through, you will eventually see a single charge which reflects the final price.
If the order is cancelled after the bank authorisation, the reserved funds will automatically go back to your bank account/card balance in a time frame that depends exclusively by your bank or card issuer. These timings vary, but generally you should see the funds available in your account within 7 days. If after this period the funds have not been released, we advise you to contact your bank or service provider.
In short, somehow the funds have been put in a hold account and the 'extra transaction' will be released back into your account.
We hope this answers your query, if you have any other questions we will be happy to answer.
