Nierle.com literally took 3 euro's for nothing
What was supposed to be a nice first experience turned out to be a sour one.
This was my first time ordering with Nierle.com and the ordering was quick and easy, there are plenty of payment options, and you can choose your parcel delivery company. You can choose GLS or DHL.
Because parcels with GLS often arrive damaged in my postcode, I opted for DHL and paid a 3 Euro premium for this service to Nierle.com Unfortunately my parcel was shipped with GLS and not with DHL. I tried contacting Nierle.com, but I got a track and trace link for GLS in response to my request. Not exactly the answer to my question. I asked Nierle.com for a 3 euro refund to my bank account, but Nierle.com stated that they made a store credit for me. To this, I replied that I did not want a store credit, and I asked Nierle.com again if they could transfer the 3 euros to my bank account. To this question, Nierle.com stated that they cannot transfer any amount under 5 euros.
I immediately told Nierle.com this was unacceptable to me, but I got no reply. I guess Nierle.com cheated me out of 3 euros and I'm left with no options. This means I cannot recommend Nierle.com because when things go wrong, there is no service.
