Like other reviewers, after over a month I have received nothing except an email with a bogus Chinese tracking number (addressed from “Biuerd.”) I will give it a couple more weeks and then dispute with my credit card company. Too bad; the balance board design seemed really cool.

I ordered the Balance Board
I ordered the Balance Board - 7 Modes Wobble Board from Biuerd over FIVE weeks ago, and it STILL hasn’t arrived. To make things worse, I’ve sent multiple emails, and they completely ignore me—no updates, no tracking info, nothing.
This is completely unacceptable. If you can’t deliver the product, at least have the decency to respond to your customers! At this point, I either want my order shipped immediately or a FULL REFUND.
Avoid this store at all costs—zero reliability and terrible service!
