I had ordered a bottle which had become damaged in transport: after contacting them by phone and explaining the situation, they were exceptionally quick to rectify the situation. After this experience, I'll be buying from them exclusively in the future.

Same as the other people they get your money and send nothing no tracking number no informations and they don't reply when you try to contact them pretty scammy do not buy anything from here guys

I send several emails with no respond.

Hi i ordered 500ml 72mg from this page til norway, it got stopped in the post system and returned, i payed 50 punds for the nicotin and 20pund for shipping. Problem vas it was marked as nicotin and from England, and not eu. But it was returned 15 oktober an now they don't answer my emails and won't give me Refund the 50 punds.
They are not serious place to order from, if someting happens

I've recently placed an order with NicotineUK. It's been a month already, but they never updated the order status, nor did they sent me a shipment notice or a tracking number.
Since then I've emailed them multiple times but I received no answer...
Also, the FakeSpot chrome extension is telling me there have been multiple scam reports for this company.

These guys have lost my packages TWICE now and refused to refund or re-ship.

A long time back I ordered from them, Royal Mail lost the package, they refused to replace it, so I disputed with Paypal and got the money back. I decided to give them a second chance and order again, they got it through to me this time (although it took some time). So I decided to give them a third chance, placing a larger order in March 2022. I waited and waited, packages were taking months because of all this COVID nonsense. By June I emailed them several times asking for a shipping tracking number, a re-shipment, or a refund AND they ignored me completely

They get two stars because their Nicotine is actually quite good. If you lived in the UK maybe they'll actually get your nicotine through to you BUT don't expect ANY level of customer service from them. Once they have your money they are totally unconcerned with helping you.

scam, fraudulent page I made an order that did not arrive

Ordered nicotine 10 days ago, no tracking number given and wrote 3 emails, they dont even respond back to you. Basically take your money and run.

Been purchasing from them for years with no complaints.Products from them are shipped promptly & the quality of the nicotine is very good especially the Salicylic "salt" nicotine.

I was sceptical about buying from this Merchant as I couldn't find reviews... My order was processed and delivered fast. The product itself is fantastic condition. I will be buying from here again
