Back in the Warrington store today for my 3rd visit and was met by Danny for the first time, Danny was attentive, full of knowledge of the stock I was looking to buy and also put myself at ease with his easy going manners and talk. I’ve now met 2 staff in this store and they’re both a credit to Nice N Naughty and both are easy going people who put you at ease straight off.

most nerve easing experience
Came in today and honestly was a little intimidated by the items inside but the lady working the floor immediately calmed my nerves, she was so nice and genuine. Gave amazing advice and even helped to demonstrate how to use the toys and settings and explained what would be best for what purpose. Made the experience so calm and eased all nerves, she was so professional yet so human and none judgmental which is hard to come by at this point. Thank you so much for such a different yet positive experience
