The recruitment process and the training program was very fantastic.It was really an eye opener to me from the training that I had previously done where I was working as support worker. My experience with NHSP has been great over the years. I started working in domestic and have now moved on to non clinical roles, and the journey has been really positive. I’ve had some really good placements with the help of Elle and Jenna, who have both been very supportive with the process of starting new roles. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely recommend NHSP to others looking for flexible work and good support.
