POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been having an issue getting any response from customer service. I had sent a return for an exchange and have not received my exchange nor my money back. I am beyond frustrated. Also, what company does not have a phone number for customer service?
Their sizing is all wrong
Their sizing is all wrong, even if you use their size charts. They state that their shoes run small but got shoes that were at least two sizes too big.
They require a fee of 10$ for exchanging and do not refund. This is one of the worst customer services I have experienced in a long time. The shoes might be good - we haven't had the possibility to assess that yet, but I would recommend getting them in a physical store either way.

Literally the worst company ever. No way to get in contact with them. Waiting for my credit to reorder an item. Mailbox is full and that dumb chat bubble is useless. Now I’m out $250.

I also have had a terrible experience with this company. I sent back my 150$ shoes for an exchange, they charged me for shipping, but never sent back the 150$ pair of shoes I paid for. I have reached out several times. No reply, no answer. I highly recommend NOT USING this company.
Multiple issues - out £90!
First I signed up for 10% discount which I didn't get so I contacted them and they issued a 10% refund which never landed in my bank account.
Then one bag arrives instead of two. I get slow unhelpful responses that it will be looked into but no one comes back to me with anything useful.
I contact them on insta and get rude responses to check my ticket which still has nothing useful about the refund or missing bag. either way I am out £90 and no one seams to care.
I have sent photos of the delivery and delivery note which states Qty 1. I don't know what else to do.

Been waiting for backpack and socks since November 12th! It's January 25th. No email explaining delay only when I contacted them they responded! Still no backpack, was told all sales are final! Will be contacting Visa company, we'll see if that can get my money back. Don't order from this site! Got shoes faster from Omni Cheer

Back pack ordered 12/3/22 express was shipped from nfinity 12/7 got to local fedex warehouse been sitting there since 12/9. Today is 1/11/23 I’ve been emailing nifinity never received an response .Took a visit to warehouse on Howell Mill I was told to purchase another back pack which I did because first competition is Saturdays 1/14/23 and I the customer would have to take it up with fedex not them once back packs ships out they received payment and if the carrier whom they have an contract with fail to deliver basically it’s the customers issues. Who ever owns this establishment is going straight to hell. Another horrible review for your ability to not care and going above and beyond

Worst experience ever! No person to contact only a “bot” & emails that they never respond to. This can not possibly be legal. Been trying to get the correct shoes since May 2022. It is now End is Sept!! Insanity!!
6 weeks, still no shipping due to Covid 10!
Ordered shoes 6 weeks ago. Contacted customer service at 3 weeks asking why there was such a delay. They stated they had shipping delays due to “Covid 10” and that I’d get an email with tracking number when they shipped. 3 weeks later, still no shipping. I contacted requesting refund and haven’t received a response. Filed a claim with PayPal.
Incidentally, I ordered cheer shoes from a competitor after we finally gave up on them ever shipping and they have already shipped (within 2 days of me placing the order)
I will never order from this company again.

BEWARE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCAM COMPANY
Horrible experience! Horrible Customer Service! Purchased a pair of shoes that were allegedly delivered July 26th. Yet we never got a package! I have been trying to have this resolved since! It's now August 9, 2022 and STILL this company ONE refuses to refund my money and Two The customer service is absurd and rude! They have informed me that they are not responsible for lost packages and that I'm out $100?! Now wth?! I paid almost $15 in shipping and if they fail to put insurance on packages leaving there facilities Then that's on them! Fed Ex did an investigation (which they are worthless too and I refuse to use them) and stated I needed to contact business to get a resolution yet Nfinity refuses to make it rite! They said it shows delivered so they are sorry But I'm just out of luck! I will be filing a dispute with my card company today as I've been patient. Just beware before ordering from this company! They have NO phone number to talk to a person and You May get lucky and them respond by email within a week?! And again they are VERY rude and inconsiderate! Eye opening experience for sure! I will NEVER even consider purchasing from this comapny again! Now in total I am out $200 bc I had to go repurchase my daughters shoes as they were needed by Aug 1! Horrible service, poor quality
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They do not care about quality of products, just sticking to policy. Over 10 emails and 22 days later the customer service manager has the same scripted response. Here’s a tip, Invest in a chatbot and it would give better service. Waste of $200 on shoes for 1 wear, will never shop here again!!

Very, VERY, poor customer service.
Ordered from the UK, paid £200 for a pair of shoes in time for my competition. They didn’t fit, so I sent them back and started an exchange. The exchange finally went through, and the new size and shoes were sent out. As they were late for the delivery, I messaged the courier to find out where they were, to be told Nfinity has sent an empty box. After messaging Nfinity on twitter, they have refused to send me another pair of shoes until the claim with FedEx has finished. So now, I’m £200 down, I’ve gone through my competitions using borrowed shoes because mine are ripped to pieces, and I have absolutely nothing to show for the money I’ve spent.
If you want to get anything, find a different place to shop, because Nfinity are useless and literally will not help. They also haven’t even offered me anything for the inconvenience that I’ve been through. Cheers Nfinity 👍🏼

This company is the worst company ever. They have the worst customer service EVER. They used to have a phone number, but they took it off. Now, the only way you can get in touch with them is maybe email or chat..in which case they take FOREVER to answer your email. They don't have anything in stock. If you pre-order something, they won't tell you when it will become available. I know one store that has been open with communication that sells their product..and they have even said that it is difficult to get information..no one wants to let them know when anything is going to be back in stock and that they lie and say something is going to be shipped around a certain time, but then never ship it. There are several cheerleaders who have complained about defective shoes..pieces of sole coming off the bottoms. If you can find a different brand of cheer shoe for your team do it.
DOES NOT SHIP SHOES IN TIMELY MANNER
Ordered shoes on 8/24; in couple of hours it will be 9/1. Email estimated 8/30 delivery. I selected UPS Ground an upgrade from standard. Checked tracking each day and finally contacted UPS - only shipping label has been created since 8/27. They state they will ship out in 48 business hours. It has been well over that and they still have not shipped just label created. Sent email as I will have to buy somewhere else since they are taking so long to ship in stock shoes. But they send a generic email that states they will get back to you in 1 - 2 days. I just need them to cancel my order before shipping as they are not going by what their store site states. It would be different if the shipping carrier had picked them up and they was running behind. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE if you need sooner rather than later.
