Great experience at Next Wheels and Tyres Gloucester. Had four new tyres fitted quickly and professionally, with friendly, knowledgeable service throughout. Fair pricing and no pressure—would definitely recommend and use again.

Just had a carbon clean done on my Mercedes E350 cdi, makes such a difference to the power of the car you can really feel an instant change, definitely helps with fuel efficiency too.
All done while I waited, always the best service would highly recommend.

Really pleased and would highly recommend - Needed my alloy looking at which was damaged, but it was unrepairable, they kindly sourced me 4 used alloys on the same day and fitted within hours, very happy and will definitely be coming back. Thanks

Two replacement tires both failed first one was flat when taken back was told that my rim was the problem paid extra for them to correct , but later ended up with a flat tire in the countryside and had to call out the rac and the man said that if they had simply sanded down the rim it wouldn't have been an issue took it back and told the manager this and to his credit he did refund me for the one tire but then one week later the other tire rang flat ironically around the corner from them and I asked them kindly to fix it to the standard that the rac man had done with the other one but to be fair I might as well have brought brand new tyres the amount it cost me

Unfortunately, I managed to crack one of the wheels on my Mercedes when i hit a big pothole, so i bought a wheel off ebay which was in good condition except that the lacquer was blistered and a bit of kerb scuffing.
I took the wheel to Next tyres in Malvern and arranged for them to refurbish it at their workshop in Gloucester. It took two days and when I went to collect it I was amazed at the quality of the finish, a new wheel would not have been any better in my opinion. Thanks guys for an outstanding job and the customer service at the Malvern branch was also brilliant. A really happy customer.

I have gone back to the guys at Next Wheels and tyres as they did such an outstanding job last time on my exhaust and engine remap, this time I went for some new alloys on my golf, I was speaking to Az who was helping me find a design I liked, went in and one of his colleagues helped me out they showed me the alloys before they went on and also did the job super quickly and hassle free they also added new tyres on all for a really good price, I am once again so happy with everything they have done and would recommend them to anyone and everyone

The team helped us out on a bank holiday Monday- they straightened out a badly damaged alloy damaged by a pothole!

Phoned the company on two occasions about purchasing some alloy wheels and was told I would be contacted left name and contact number but did not get any response on both occasions.

Went for a full backbox delete and resonator delete and straight pipe- lads there were amazing and helpful. Exhasut sounded amazing!

Incredible service from Faz with a new set of alloys and tyres. Plus balancing. Also sorted my tracking. Done very fast at the best price I could find and with exceptional professionalism. I won’t be going anywhere else but here from now on. Best service I’ve had in a very long time. Relieved to hear they opened a shop in Malvern also as I can recommend family that live there also.

Great business with really good mechanics and wheels and tyres services, popped in on a Monday for 1/2 a hours chat and Tuesday had 4 brand new alloy wheels fitted with brand new tyres, made my BMW 1 series look like a different car, much better then the alloys on the car when I purchased it.
10/10 and now I know I will be going to next wheels every time, great kind professionals faz, and dillon were spot on.

At very short notice they repaired my cracked alloy wheel and a very short time frame and on a Saturday afternoon. Couldn't be more helpful both on the phone and at the workshop. Good price too.

Brought four alloy wheels to the company to get refurbished and repaired as a couple were buckled and had a slight crack in them. The straightening out of the wheels and welding work was very good but unfortunately the paintwork/ finish was absolutely shocking. I asked them to paint them again (which they did) and the result for the second time was just as bad. There are several defects in each wheel and when asking why the finish was so poor, I was just told that sometimes that’s just how it is. Which frankly was a worrying response to think that that was the norm.

I then contacted them later that evening and was told that the finish was so poor because of the condition the wheels were in when I dropped them off. I have spoken to two other wheel refurbishment company’s and both of them have told me that that is a terrible excuse and that is simply not the case.
Another thing to note is that half of the weights on the wheels when they balanced them had fallen off in less than a week.
On this note I would seriously avoid using this company for any paint work and balancing.

I had a broken spring on my citroen and they fitted me in straight away. I was so relieved that they found the issue and sorted it out. Very punctual and knowledgeable and im so grateful to everyone who helped sort my car. I don't live local but I would definitely be returning for tyres and any other repairs etc . Avoid. Recently had 4 new tyres fitted which ended up with damage being made to all 4 alloy wheels by the tyre fitting equipment. A second opinion from two other local garages confirmed this, owner took no responsibility at all. On top of this, paid for 4 wheel alignment, which couldn’t be fully undertaken, yet still charged and left with a steering wheel very much off centre. And told fitting would take 20/30 mins, ended up taking 2.5 hours. Disappointing experience all round, recommend going elsewhere.
