Excellent service! Fair prices!

We waited over an hour for him to get there with the car. He stated he was there, but he didn’t have a sign saying he was there. He said he was across the street, but the local people that said “next level” wasn’t there yet and didn’t see him and then we finally got the car. He was really nice and got gas for us cause it was almost on empty But forgot to leave us the key so we waited another half an hour after our car wouldn’t start and he had to come bring us the key. He was a lovely gentleman, but the waiting sucked.

Good price. No hidden fees. Easy rental return. Deposit refunded automatically. Make sure you call upon arrival to SXM to coordinate pickup. It's a smaller company so they're not listed on the signage at the airport rental pickup area.

Absolutely horrible. If you want a reliable place to rent your car go somewhere else.

Great service, great price and very responsive

Horrible customer service. The rental started off badly. When we arrived at the airport the rental agent was nowhere to be found. We had to call the company and waited over an hour and no one showed up to pick us up to take us to the rental location and we had to get a cab. Once we were at the agency we waited more while they found a car. The car broke down halfway through the rental, wouldn't start, and we had to call again for it to be serviced. They came to check on the car, determined that it couldn't be started on its own and took it for repairs saying that they'd call when it was fixed. They never called. We waited all day and then just went to see if the car was ready. At that time, they told us that they were billing us for an extra driver (we only had one driver and told them on pick up that there was only one driver), an upgrade that they hadn't told us about and they filled the car with gas and were charging us for the gas since we had "returned the car". We never returned the car. It broke down and had to be repaired. In addition there were personal items that were "removed" from the car when we picked it up. The additional charges were way more than the original charge.

Avoid this company. They run a a scam by providing a neglected vehicle that has been poorly maintained. Besides the rental fee they demand you put a $800 additional fee on your card for any “future issues”. When you return the vehicle they will find something wrong and deduct the amount from your $800 reserve without your permission. They are rude, dishonest and disreputable. There are other trustworthy rental agencies on the island that deserve your patronage.

I gave only one star because i can’t give zero.
Absolutely fraud.
We got a car full of scratches and i took fotos of all. But i didn't check the mirrors. As we returnd the car they found two little white stipes on the mirrors. May be we caused it, or we oversaw it, as we got the car.
They charged 200,- € for each mirror - still in good conditions, only with a little removable stripe each??
We have no chance to make responsible this fraudsters😣.

Terrible Customer service. We had electrical issues with the car and the General Manager offered us another car…but we had to be inconvenienced driving all over the island to drop off their piece of crap car and get another one. Don’t rent from them! No concern for our safety….no concern for the inconvenience their deficient vehicle caused! They did not even offer to pay for a cab to take us back to our hotel! Should be called Lowest Level Car Rental!

Rental car was stolen from our resort less than 24 hours after pickup. Agent couldn’t care less. Had to pay for a cab to the police station to file a report. No offer to replace or get us another rental. Poor customer service.

I have only hit one star because you can’t give zero.
Absolutely ripped off.
Unluckily we hit a pot hole and damaged the wheel and got a flat tyre.
Waited 2 hours beside the road as they don’t give you the locking wheel nut socket!
When their lad turned up he hadn’t got the right one and used a mole grips to undo the last wheel.
The charge for this, $750, just taken from the credit card, no paperwork, no notice.
Stay well clear or use at your own risk!!

Friendly and dependable. Good value. We are doing business again with them on our upcoming trip.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Our car rental was vey clean and comfortable. Stephanie was very helpful and knowledgeable and was flexible when we had to change our rental return time. We will again use Next Level Car Rental if we vacation in Sint Maartin in the future.

Rented through them at car rental for the cruise port area in St. Martin in November of 2018. Very pleased with vehicle, directions, and assurances to be back on time. We had a great time showing newbies the island. Brought the vehicle back with just a little bit of sand and a lot of memories. Even met a dog at the Yacht Club that trip, and that dog eventually flew here in March, and we are great buddies.
