Pathetic customer experience. They constantly fumbled my appointments, in both West Hollywood and Century City location. I didn't get my test results for months, nobody followed up in order to schedule a consultation. Medical information was lost/not used by the staff. Treatments were not available, e.g. the oxygen chamber was broken for an extended time at the WeHo location. Stay away, this is a rip-off.
