Run away from this company when you see them. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I would have given them zero stars. Customer service is zero and when you order items it excessively delays. I ordered 4 Vogue Insulated EPP Food Transport Box 46Ltr GN Size 600x400x316mm. After delays in delivery; only 1 instead of 4 was delivered. I have been trying several times to get old of customer service but to no avail. They hardly respond to email.

Appalling customer service, Goods arrived damaged, i sent an email and was told no refund for damaged goods could be given, after serval email stating what my consumers rights were, it was agreed replacement tables would be sent. 1 table was sent although i purchased two. I once again sent several email stating i wanted to be refunded. 4 months later i am still waiting for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY VERY QUICK. IF ONLY I RESERCHED THIS COMPANY FIRST, I WOULD NEVER HAD USED THEM

Avoid this company! Total SCAM! Ordered an upright freezer from them, advertised as Free 24 hours delivery and obviously it didn’t arrive. Tried to contact their customer service for cancellation and full refund, but they said the order is with the courier and can’t cancel. But I have checked with the courier at the same time turns out the goods was not even sent yet.
They said “next day delivery is not guaranteed”, but “Free 24 hours delivery” was actually on my invoice as an item name. Terrible company, the customer service agent later on just ghosted me and left me with the chatbot. Wished I have seen other’s review before paying them…

The customer service is dreadful! If you write an email to them, don't expect a response within 2 weeks. It seems like there is only one person behind the customer support and I tell you, they might as well not have her there because she is not helpful at all. I would not recommend people buy things from this company as they just trap you in a never ending loop of stupidness and frustration.

The customer service was extremely disappointing!!! would NOT recommend this company!!It took three weeks just to receive a reply to a single email and even after waiting that long, my questions werent answered. Instead of getting helpful support. I had to keep following up without receiving any real support.
I also want to warn other buyers that if you return an item the company charges a 25% restocking fee, so be sure to read the return policy carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.

I ordered for a Polar display freezer, meant to be a next day delivery. Give and take 2 to 3 days.
I have tried to track the order, it's reporting order not found neither is email found. The same number that was sent to this email.
Email sent no reply. They have no telephone contact.
Am wondering is a legit company?

This company stole £1200 from me orders freezer in July last year still no delivery no refund despite several emails and letters more than 50 time phone calls

Basically frauds. Still waiting for my £300 refund, goods 'damaged in transit' however no confirmation they were even dispatched. Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else. No way of talking to anyone, emails go unanswered. This company needs to be shut down!
