Item came and working well to now but just be aware they do not deliver next day as promised. Also when emailing them to ask about item I got no response and you can't contact them by phone.

Should have read the reviews before I bought it. Ordered a stainless steel basin and taps for next day delivery, 2 weeks on still no sink, no reply to emails and useless contact number , avoid at all cost is you want your equipment

Avoid - the name "Next Day Catering" is very misleading. I ordered a bench fridge on Monday, advertised as next day delivery, and it's not actually due until Wednesday. When I tried to query this, I emailed customer service three times and got no response at all. If you're relying on the delivery timescale advertised, don't - and don't expect anyone to answer if something doesn't go to plan.

They deserve less than one, but that is not an opinion here. Ordered a table, received no order confirmation and then over a week later the table appeared. Tried to contact the company about a return however it is impossible to contact an actual human, only dome ai assistant who “will pass this onto an employee”. Its been over a month and no contact from anyone. Tried everything possible. Absolutely terrible. The products themselves are very bad, refurbished and not in a very good way - should have not bothered at all and purchased as second hand one. Things always arrive damaged, rusty in corners and bent.

Ordered a packaging machine its cheaper than other website.

Cheapest by a long way! What more could you ask for :)

Appalling service. Oreded a drinks fridge on 4th august still waiting for delivery with no update what so ever.

I would not recommend Next Day Catering based on my experience.

I ordered a commercial stove which was never dispatched or delivered. I have contacted Sam on multiple occasions and requested a refund, but it has now been over a month and I still have not received my money back.

The communication and handling of the refund have been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and make sure they are fully satisfied with the company’s processes before placing an order.

I am still waiting for my money to be returned.

Found it easy to find what I was after plenty of information for the purchase and easy to check out when paying.

Next Day Catering should be called 'When we feel like it - never' catering.

The name suggests speed but this company provides anything but. I ordered on a Monday and it hadn't gone to the courier even by Thursday. Repeated messages and emails fell on deaf ears. I explained I needed the equipment for a wedding that weekend, and while they provided sympathy they still didn't do anything or reply to my emails.

I asked for a refund and was told to email again, so who knows when I will get money back. I've had to reorder with Nisbets and HOPE they delivery next day, otherwise my catering job for the wedding will be severely impacted. I am a super small (micro) food business run solely by me, a single mother, and paying out twice for the same items plus the stress it has caused is really disappointing. DO NOT USE!!

Great service and quick delivery

I placed an order on the 24th July online - they took my money instantly but then I’ve heard nothing at all.
I’ve tried phoning them but it’s not possible to talk to a real person and their “chatbot” thing just keeps saying that my order hasn’t been shipped yet - I already know that🤬
I’ve emailed them twice and get no reply either - the internet says this is a legitimate company but I’m beginning to doubt this now.
Very disappointed and frustrated

I run a British Legion in Warrington. We originally ordered a Polar G-Series Under Counter Ice Machine in Jan 26 and we've had nothing but trouble both with the machine and the company that sold it to us. It broke for the first time in February. After about 6 weeks, numerous engineer visits, several wrong parts being sent, it was eventually repaired. It broke again recently. I requested a refund as it's clearly not fit for purpose. That request was completely ignored as it was last time. Instead, an engineer turned up out of the blue. Communication is woeful. I've just had an email to say the parts will take up to 3 weeks to arrive. It's an absolute disgrace. I would never buy from these people again. We're a small business, we don't make a lot of profit. Our money would be better spent helping veterans than buying ice from supermarkets for another month. Awful, awful company.
