I am extremely disappointed with Next’s…
I am extremely disappointed with Next’s continued decision to use Evri as its delivery company despite repeated complaints about missing and wrongly delivered parcels.
I have had multiple serious delivery issues recently. Parcels have been delivered to completely random addresses that have absolutely nothing to do with my address — on one occasion, a parcel was even delivered to a HOTEL. Other parcels have simply gone missing.
I ordered several items from Next on the 17th and, to this day, I still haven’t received them. I have contacted Next several times recently regarding multiple incidents involving missing and incorrectly delivered parcels, yet despite being made fully aware of these ongoing problems, Next has refused to change the delivery company.
This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase expensive orders because parcels are being delivered to random locations or disappearing altogether. Continuing to use a delivery company that repeatedly fails to deliver parcels correctly, despite numerous customer complaints, reflects very poorly on Next.
At this point, I have very little confidence that my delayed parcels will actually reach me. Next needs to take responsibility and seriously reconsider its choice of delivery company instead of leaving customers to deal with the consequences.

sizing of next items has shrunk
The sizing of next items has, in my opinion changed and it's bad! Everything in my wardrobe is a size 16 and fits perfectly or loosly. Try to get anything to fit from next now I have to go up to a size 20 and I've lost nearly 2 stone in weight so clothes should now be shrinking. Really not impressed at all.

Online order and delivery
Really happy with my online order and delivery was quick and although I was out when the driver arrived he checked where to leave the parcel

I had made a mistake with my online…
I had made a mistake with my online order & instead of ordering 1 set of 3 T-shirts I ordered 4 sets , so 12 T-shirts arrived. Shannon was brilliant, she said try on what you want to & when I was happy with the size she returned all the other unwanted sets. Thank you Shannon - excellent service!
