My name is Lewis. Please be cautious of this company; they offer subpar customer service and prioritize their own interests. I ordered the device and used it for a few days. Only a few games (of poor quality) are available to play, while the rest (of mid-quality) are locked behind a yearly $94 subscription paywall. I subscribed, only to find it was a waste of money. I tried cancelling so I wouldn’t be charged the following year, but I was still charged again the next year. I contacted them and opened a dispute, but they informed me I wasn’t eligible for a refund. They explained that even if you cancel the subscription three days before renewal, you are still charged the full amount for the next year.
